So about your equipment...
I can see 3430 hp so you must be using bond hardening.
Your type achieved top speed of 31 but it could be because of the terrain but 30 top speed is achieved by having any turbo.
Finally your reload speed is 12,89 second so you must be using bond gun rammer with directive, rations and perks.
However i can only guess your field modification and i would try guessing: right, left, nothing (because you have max view range), bonus doesn't matter, nothing, left.

Nice game, as good as someone can use that tank. And 122 tm too, what a sidescrape masterclass you two.
In my little experience, in a normal game they would have all push Yolo and make otna close quarters combat... No matter there was allied concept and a chieftain around lol
The issue with super heavies is that a tier 9 and even some tier 8 press key 2, and 'super' word dissappears. Like all those shells penetrating like butter E100 and Maus turret in the face.
