its crazy cuz one of my favorite duos is Lang and Yuno who are complete opposites. Lang is a serious RPer while Yuno likes content and chaos but when they hangout it always works out perfectly.
I think it depends a lot on the streamers being on the same wave and being mature enough to see things from a broader perspective and I think that's something Buddha and Sykkuno share, I've never seen both deeply invested and that's healthy
But Yuno and Lang have a lot of history together so it's understandable how they get along. He's the sun around Lang plus it doesn't hurt that Yuno most likely in 4.0 now loves Lang 😳 so yeah a lot of dynamic changes
Sykkuno used to watch the LB bois in 1.0-2.0 days before he was ever a streamer. I think he has a lot of respect for buddha and their chemistry is a lot of that. From day 1 he played along with Lang because he trusted buddha to not be just another gangbanger that uses him.
Episodes I'm waiting on:
* The Company - Benji, Blau, Ray, and OTT, maybe even Brekkers
* CG - K, Ramee, Vinny
* The Dons of Lang's Crew - Buddha (but we know he won't lol), Luci, Speedy, Harry, and Tony... maybe even Gigi.
* The Foozes - April, January, and March (who also plays August).

@@strangeturtle5947 oh yeah that’s true I just meant solely clowns and I wanna see the other clowns. As well as just talking about clown specific stuff and getting their perspectives on that. Just like how clown rp is different from other rp ya know? Maybe he could interview the other clowns since they already did one but probably not gonna happen

made a comment on the other podcast as well. Hoping they can have ssaab and 2 other officers. Ramee and 2 other high tier crims on a podcast to hash it out. that podcast would be very spicey. if added in were pitting/ramming and how crims feel about current state off PD with maybe some other topics.
@@remcovandenheuvel1315 I just think chats/ viewers hearing the conversation between the two sides of overall friendly people would be really good for all involved. From the anti CG cop chats to the Anti Cop CG chatters. A better balance is good for all and the way the server seems to be going.

Can you discuss prio? I watch koji RPing as Kenji Ono but unfortunately he was not blessed with prio to log on NA times so the storyline gets suspended, also most of the RP events happen in NA times so there are many missed opportunities. It would be nice to get the perspective of non-prio streamers as well.
52:45 so true squeex. i played a non WL server and someone was super nice and showed me how to clock in at Snr Buns, but once I was in BOH everyone was SILENT. Like, I understand I was new in the city and no one in the kitchen knew me, but they weren't even talking amongst themselves, I dipped so quick lol

Chat really is filled with actual idiots lol. I don't dislike any streamer, some I don't find as interesting to watch but I watch so many different streamers and have never been upset about anything that's happened even once, I don't get how people get so upset lol it's wild.
I get ya, but for example: I really love halo right, and the halo tv shows really upset me. It's the same for people who really love gta rp and nopixel. I think people think that you can't get invested into it as a form of entertainment but forget that is literally how the streamers can do what they do - it is all reliant on viewers being invested
its easy to point out its the viewers fault. its a lot harder to admit there are many problematic streamers in rp. there is a long list of toxicity and cancellations in the rp scene because in character beef is ooc beef
viewers are a reflection of the streamer and you cant deny streamers ooc beef and influence chat to think and act a certain way. so why is rp chat exceptionally bad? its pretty obvious
when a streamer does something I don't agree with or plays in a way I don't find fun. I just leave and watch someone else, when a streamer they interact with does something dumb that I do not agree with I do not go to that stream and type comments. To type comments in chat just because a streamer doesn't play the way I want them to is beyond mental illness.
I have no issues with typing up a storm on a CZcams clip giving my 2 cents about how dumb slacks is when it comes to decisions he's made or how XQC needs to stop forcing hate RP against Sykkuno. The gangwar RP they have right now is just pushing me away from watching anyone involved with CG or CB. I really hate watching gang war RP. It's always just one side forcing way too much RP the other side doesn't want. CG is very much guilty of this since they view themselves as the big dogs on the block, they always have to try and swing their dicks around a little too much at times. It is what it is I guess. It's the reason I stopped watching in 3.0 towards the end, it was just too much conflict RP and not enough fun shit.
Fun shit got shut down by cops, the fun cops got fired and sidelined. A lot of the sbs cops that didn't take everything that seriously just played their crims instead. There was a LOT of cop hate in 3.0 and certain cops are not making it any better.
But that's not the streamers issues when they are playing live, they don't need that in their chats. They don't need my opinions about what they are doing wrong when they are streaming it live. I'm not the one streaming or living that character. I know XQC's brain works differently and when he's decided something, that's to him an objective truth that everyone has to conform to and no matter how many people tell him he's wrong he's never going to listen. Also a lot of it it's meta info, I know something that he doesn't. because his character has no clue about what I as a viewer saw elsewhere. That I can't fault X for or any other streamer for. Which many RP viewers can't understand. I get why that is annoying as fuck to deal with.
It's annoying for me as a viewer as well, that's why I stick with a few streamers and keep myself out of as much meta as I can.
@@slider-arkofwar463 But do you message the actors that were in the TV show and freak out on them? That's the weird part. I get invested in the stories plenty, that's why I watch so much, but I've never been upset at the other streamer.
@rjacks3284 No, you're absolutely right. I love watching X, he's chaotic and very entertaining, but when he said the company would've meta'd and logged on to stop the house heist, or saying other shit that's clearly ooc, he stirs up his chat and does nothing to calm them down. Lately he's used emote only but either way, I agree, the steamer has a major influence on if their chat is going to be crazy.
sadly there are many streamers that ooc beef because of in game beef and they influence their viewers to be toxic as well. these arent nobodies they are the biggest streamers in the category. it was even exposed a streamer got so mad they said some transphobic stuff.
its a fact that many viewers are a reflection of the streamer. why is roleplay chat so toxic? you cant just pin it on the viewers. they are literally being influenced by their streamer.
3.0 had a lot of ooc shit show. Hopefully 4.0 won't be as bad

This is also why Reddit being up in arms about CG "grief" robbing Sani/G6 is just stupid. You have a literal admin in the form of Ssaab saying that it's acceptable and it's a valid RP check. CG have given many people outs from being robbed and if they do rob, all they take is mats and money. People are scared because they don't want to lose, but their irrational fear of losing makes them forget how to even RP in the first place.

What is "+1 farming"?
its a thing where basically the streamer adds immersive aspects to their roleplay. so like if a character started drinking a water bottle in game and the streamer adds the sound effects of opening the bottle and gulping the water down, that would be +1. farming it would mean just doing it as much as possible
I feel like sometimes it's hard getting lumped in with the chatters that cause problems. And there's no way for that not to be the case, since we are an amorphous entity to the streamers. It's like when the teacher yells at the whole class when only a couple ppl are the problem. It's disappointing when the streamers decide to quit something I've been enjoying bc people get overly invested and hate on the streamers for their rp.
I also hate being unfairly labeled a "frog " for liking rp when I'm not the type of person to go into other ppls streams and hate on them.
Don’t take it personal as long as you understand you can be invested in the same way you can be invested in any sort of Entertainment you’ll be alright. Usually they are speaking on crap people who don’t have brain cells.
you misunderstood frog. frog is just all the people that enjoy the type of content and keep watching that type of content tho just like you said any type of community will be lumped with the bad apples when most just watch and barely chat only like 10% chat and maybe like 30% say dumb shit. i feel squeex chat is the best since most are jokesters that just spam taglines(which is good) or just dumb(funny) stuff

I can't really say but traditionally face cam generally gets people to stay but I think when it comes to RP people want to be immersed and the cam can sometimes ruin it... Kind of just waffling but yea

regarding "meta gaming" and watching clips and what not, wouldn't make sense to watch a clip and then say that you "watched it on the news" or something? especially with big things like Cornwood's suspension

God yes Fanfan. I do get invested, but why TF would I yell at the actors? Think of the streamers as actors and the characters as their roles. Yell at the screen if you need to but not the actors.

Because GTA rp chats are literally some of the worst on Twitch. Literally every streamer trying to get into it has talked about toxic chatters making them want to not RP, when newer and bigger streamers bring views and help the rp community grow. Viewers are dumb af as well and constantly misunderstand rules, don't separate characters from the streamer, and don't understand extending rp > chasing the W.

rp chatters are noticeably worse. squeex's chat is great, but whenever someone's being annoying they almost always started following him after he got into nopixel. either they're mad he's not rping or they're unhappy with the way he's rping, and it's like that in every chat
Crazy thing about chatters is the ones that get so invested they send death threats to streamers. One streamer ( I won't say the name ) I watch actually had his exact address and pictures of his house DM'ed to him by some chatter and the chatter told him he was going to kill his family.. Because of some stupid bs that happened in rp. Some CG chatters are legit lunatics over rp.
