Gege naturally understand what I think a LOT of people struggle with: you are playing a role. Its not your story alone, its the whole story. I watch her all the time because she is very good in the back and forth.
I feel like/have felt like Geega is just an impressive person. So smart, well spoken, contextualizes her thoughts so succinctly. Right? 😉
Devs should be listening in to this episode. Geega just gave free consultation.

Everything they said has been said before, people lack roleplaying ability if they absolutely need mechanics to roleplay around. Development takes time and resources and they have to choose the best middle ground with how to design things so it facilitates rp for most amount of people, in 4.0 they've been good with that imo.
She has great mindset though and approaches rp as it should be. I love her character and how crucial it is in the OB operation.
@@vicious3638 you took it completely wrong way. Few things she said can be managed further in the future for sure. But if your mechanic literally stops people from role playing then thats a bad thing.
@@soumojitchowdhury151 maybe i came off too hard but that was because of the original comment. I don't think none of the ideas were good enough to be implemented or complex enough to where they can't be implemented in a realistic dev timeline, Just that most things said won't be something devs hear for the first or haven't already considered.
About mechanics stopping from roleplaying, you'd have to be specific on what you're talking about as while I do think there's grindy mechanics you can choose to engage in, I don't see what mechanic stops people from roleplaying.

A whole podcast on what CAN the developers do to improve content, without telling them what to do.
To enable heists involving multiple people from different groups, the heist app could offer an option to purchase a heist at double the usual price (or another increased amount). The person buying the heist becomes the organizer, while the other five crew members are randomly selected from a pool of users who have signed up for this feature. To ensure a balanced team, each random user could choose a specialty, such as hacking or driving etc, preventing a team from being composed solely of one type of expert (or not and make it even spicier having someone who usually never hacks or getaway drives do so). The members would only learn who their teammates are 30 minutes before the heist begins, adding an element of surprise and strategy... Just an idea, probably crap and could be plagued with issues of conflict, but that's up to the individuals who decided to sign up for it to take on that risk.
Edit - the feature could also incorporate other systems already in place like hacking rep (if that's even still there) to assist in deciding who takes on what task, the racing ranking system for getaway drivers etc.. Again just a thought.

@@timurdoswhy is there some big project shes doing? Cus vshojo is not a massive time sink, people in vshojo can grind offline games for hours and have a second career such as in the music industry infact many do, in fact its less commitment than a standard full time job. LOL

@@somedudewatchintv5297 they are constantly cooking backstage and take part in each other's projects. concerts, VA recordings, events, collabs (they collab a lot besides normal solo streams), merch, new model, new outfits, 'red' dates like annivesaries, birthdays, holidays like new years, christmas etc (they usually make special themed streams or even whole events around it), charity streams which take a lot of time to prep for etc etc.
Let's say she sleeps 8 hours a day, streams 8 hours (including pre-stream prep, after stream stuff, eating), so she's left with 8 hours.
I don't think she will spend her precious time on a 3rd party thing when she has her own career and her company to build up.

They should do a heist chip that can only do heists and the #1 slot stays on the main hq for heist progression and 2-6 can attach and only do heists with no progression. They just attach to #1 on the same cd
46:13 relating this to yuno (cause im a sprout), he pretty much just does money making (g6) and sbs (ocean dumping) and no content in between because he doesn't want to be the root of things eg crew bigger fish long over arching storylines etc. sadj
Gotta say Blau did have the accountancy/logistics content in the company with KJ, Mari, Reggie and more, with the same spreadsheet deal. He just didn’t interact with it much and their viewership is relatively small.

If they want different groups/gangs or new criminals to rp. They need to create like a LEAGUE QUEUE where there is a 6 members queue which have specific roles which can be randomized and you will really not know who will you work with
