The "pee your pants" challenge would be an actual challenge for me if I tried. I have a shy bladder. However, as a mother to 4, "don't pee your pants" is an actual challenge any time I laugh/sneeze. 😂

Dry scooping: one of the most painful ways to get yourself into the ER when your lungs get coated with powder and you cannot breathe effectively.
Its actually a pretty normal thing athletes do and they don’t literally just eat powder, you put it under your tongue and then take a shot of water so its washed down quickly

Same thing happened with the Paqui one chip challenge. They would put dustings of dried Carolina reapers normally mixed with another hot pepper on a chip (sold as an individual chip) and would have people film the challenge. The chips could only be pruchased online. They stopped after a few years because some 14 year old died because he went into cardiac arrest. Mind you he had a congenital heart defect and an enlarged heart so he probably shouldn't have even been eating something spicy-especially something that spicy. Even if he was a basketball player I can't see any benefit spicy food may have with known heart issues.

You never wear long hear down around power tools. My mom worked at a furniture factory when I was a kid & she knew better, but got complacent around the drill press... It scalped half of her head
Aside from personally finding numerous short hair styles on women attractive, this is yet another reason I find the number of people that are willing to have long hair incredible. It's just dangerous in certain situations. Additionally, it's expensive, because you have to use significantly more conditioner/shampoo when you shower. It's also very uncomfortable in the Spring and Summer when it's hot, or if you play any kind of sports/work out a lot.
Nutmeg is NOT AT ALL similar to Molly. It is one of the most uncomfortable trips you can have and only kids who don't have access to proper substances are stupid enough to take it.
After my 3rd cup of coffee, I feel less motivated to end up in a Casual Criminalist script. Jitters are for lightweights.

I very rarely drink coffee but when I do, it usually makes me sleepy. Only once did I give myself jitters and that was with just one cup of coffee that I'd made too strong.

Dry Scooping is also pretty in effective. a lot of the chemicals and nutrients in Pre-workout are bio available when applied with a liquid. Meaning that dry scooping is a complete waist of time that provides one with far too much caffeine.
Finna is American urban slang that is directly a shortening of "fixing to" . Essentially it means "I'm going to" or "I want to".

I did at times participate in the military version of “dry scooping” in which you dump a packet of C-ration coffee (with or without a packet of sugar and/or one of creamer) into your mouth and wash it down with a big slug of water. Sometimes there’s no time to heat water and ya gotta do what ya gotta do. 🤷♂️ However, do not dump the packet of coffee powder “between the cheek and gum.” You may have a heart attack and you’ll probably hear colors. Just trust me on this.

Something like 30% of pre workouts had banned illegal stimulants in them. And many many more have non banned stimulants, many of which are very similar pharmacologically to amphetamines or coke. So like, its not just the caffeine giving you energy.
At the US Congress hearing on the harm caused by social media in January 2024, in addition to the CEOs of major platforms, there were also a lot of parents whose children have died as a result of following incorrect advice, etc. There is a cross-party and across party camps consensus that it is couldn't continue like that. Especially since these platforms are not even liable. All previous US laws have not been successful. There's no way this could continue, was said again and again.
As a parent whose children use these platforms, I have already experienced how difficult it can be in reality. This should not be underestimated!

I must be honest, I drink my coffee black and out of a half litre mug - not purchased, made with Aldi coffee granules- and while I can drink 3 mugs quickly I suspect the amount of coffee you need to add to get the required caffeine boost is more than I add - 3 mugs = 3tsp coffee.

My coworker asked if I could skip for her. I work with special needs kids and thought she wanted me to model it for a kiddo. Nope, there was a tick tock challenge of filming older people trying to skip. I'm 52 and can still skip. However, she said that older people can lose the ability to skip due to not having skipped in so long. Stupid? Yeah. Harmful? No.
I prefer the teens roasting teens trend from Lord of the Flies. I think the only lesson to be learned is that some people are really dumb and that there isn't much you can do if they are stupid enough to try some of this stuff and all you can do is find amusement in people thinning the herd through their own stupidity.

I'm an American (age 32) that played soccer here for 16 freaking years, and I am pretty sure my age was still in the single digits when I learned what it's called when you pass the ball between someone's legs. It's embarrassing for an opposing player to not have been able to intercept the ball when it basically went directly through their body, so it's one of the few quick and easy ways to really humiliate/outplay an individual player in a game with such a big area of play, and with so many people.
I feel like the American's either never considered that the nutmeg challenge was referring to that move because Nutmeg as a word would be much more closely associated with the cooking ingredient, even among those who knew it's relation to soccer, OR the Americans just thought it would be funnier to do something stupid relating to the ingredient than getting video of the move in soccer.
