I just started installing this kit from hansshow - the 4 dip switches on the main control box were all in the down “off” position so I moved them up to “on”. The Bluetooth TESLA SHUN still came up and connected to my phone so it seems fine.
Which position are your dip switches in?
Hansshow confirmed to leave the dip switches in the down position “off”

Im unable to change the colors via stalk. I hear the beeps but no auto present nor change of color. Any suggestions?

Do you have the exact kit I have? If by pressing the right stalk button, you hear a beep, then it should be doing its thing. Maybe check the 4 on off pins at the main control box?
Yes same one. I hear the beep but the handles dont present and i cant change colors. Ill check the main box 👍🏽.
Oh amd w bluetooth on the handles wont present when near the car.

What happen if that blue connector is already being used by the steering wheel screen...
You can probably use some posi taps to connect to the 2 wires, since there’s only 2 wires (if I remember correctly) that is on the blue connector connection, or you maybe able get a Y split adapter for that connection

@@Thug9030 for my Model Y, it’s only been installed for 2-3 weeks, so far no issues, for my Model 3, it’s been installed for over a year now, almost 2, no issues either except for needing to update the firmware once due to a Tesla software update
@@TeslaDIY when you needing to update did it disable the door handles and did it take hanshow long to send out an update
