I'm a Newcastle fan and stumbled across this video by accident but I had to comment on how impressive Wagner seems most of all the respect he shows everyone in this video. From the cooks and office staff to the Dr and players he has time for everyone. Reminds me of the respect you see Eddie Howe at Newcastle giving everyone in behind the scene videos. Good luck to him and Norwich for the rest of the season
Me too and the training facilities look better than ours, until we started the rebuild.

People can say what they like, but Stuart Webber has absolutely revolutionised those facilities into a top class training centre. He deserves every single bit of credit for that as that will make a huge difference in terms of future signings etc. Disgraceful all of this future essential groundwork is conveniently ignored by some when looking at Stuart’s time here.

Stuart is a scapegoat. He's done more good than bad at this club but a large number of imbeciles think he's satan because he speaks the truth - even when it hurts
Do you mean portacabins? Ie. where they housed the cryo chamber if memory serves.

It’s been said we lost some of our top targets of the time down to the state of the facilities alone back then, and understandably so if you’re a serious athlete. From that point of view, we certainly don’t have to worry about that now, and there’s more plans in place to build and improve further according to SW as I’m sure all fellow City supporters are already aware of 👍
@@AlexM-sg8fn I hope that you guys get the Huddersfield Wagner and not the Schalke Wagner. Nonetheless, as he has a close relationship with Klopp (was his best man), I think you may try to get a couple of their youngsters on loan. - I say this as a Ipswich Fan.
Some good points but Stuart Webber is tarnishing his legacy by his arrogant approach. He didn't seem that way early in his tenure but has become increasingly so. Shunning the local media for just doing their job is a petulant act.
Certainly has more of a presence and personality about him than Dino Dean did.
Everything about Dean smith seemed fake and staged
His heart was not up for the job from the very start,collected the money, wasn't arsed
Not Dino fan in the slightest. But I remember the same type of video when he was signed. He seemes like a very charismatic guy. He was good at the chit chat with all kinds of staff at the club.

Questioning if Kenny had worked hard enough cos he only had one ice pack on his ankle, then basically telling the physio's he wanted to see him on the grass the next day as that's their job ! All said with a smile, but you just know he means it ! Like his attitude already !

Smith seemed to do everything to drain the confidence from that young man. He's definitely got talent that should be nurtured.
Tzolis was recovering for a short period of time at Norwich, he’s now playing again at my club, FC Twente. I hope we will see his real talent now he is coming back 💪🏻

Ahh man i love this club. DW looks perfect for what we need right now, energy, happiness, friendliness, excitement, and passion. Totally agree with other comments about what Webber has done for this club. We would be mad to want to oust him at the moment. Just look at our facilities now (although I notice Soccer Bot was missing).

@@HairyNun calm down oddball, the observation is not a criticism, rather I’m pointing out Webber’s attention to even minute detail that he’s brought to our club. As it needs spelling out to you, everybody in that building is saying *exactly* the same phrase, in real life there are many ways to great somebody and you wouldn’t have every single person saying ‘nice to meet you’ as they clearly do in this video - something unbelievably obvious I don’t have to explain to the handful of people who liked the observation 🤦🏻♂️

Farke was a bit of an idealist. Wagner seems to be more of a pragmatist. Not the ideal solution but a much better fit for us than Smith. Hope this works well for the club. Good luck David Wagner OTBC 🔰
I tried reading a bit about how Wagner teams like to play and it sounded similar to Farke with a 4-2-3-1 and such. They both come out of the Dortmund school. Very influenced by Klopp
@@shruk4 what did you read? They both managed Dortmund reserves but Wagner is the Klopp disciple, Farke's philosopy aligns to Guardiola & Tuchel.
