My favorite of all time toilets are the American Standard Cadet 3 Tall Height Toilets 😊 - bit.ly/43En6A3
Just about everything you need is in this kit
Supply line is typically only additional thing needed 👍
Pay attention to the rough-in center of your toilet flange
In my experience a 12" rough-in works fine down to about a 11" (tank will be tight to wall FYI)
This one was 11 1/2" and provided a 1/2" gap behind toilet
Consider a 10" rough-in toilet for under 11 1/4" center
or a 14" rough-in toilet for anything over 13" from wall
A great bonus is that the kit comes with a wrench for connecting tank 👍
Locking nuts on toilet bolts are also great 👍
No more flopping bolts when you are trying to mount toilet
The kit does come with a quality fluidmaster wax ring
It has a horn too, which is best for most situations

If you are only temporarily setting toilet each day, consider a foam gasket seal
You can easily reuse it during the construction process

I love the EZ toilet bolt anchors these toilets come with
A simple twist with your fingers....not tools required 😃
And what's even better is that the toilet bolt caps are elongated and require NO cutting of bolts to fit 👍
I recommend silicone sealing the base to floor with a matching grout silicone
Since we used ARDEX WA we will use the matching ARDEX silicone
Siliconing base will not only keep things sanitary, but also additionally secure toilet in place
Spray windex over caulk joint before tooling
This will help prevent smearing of caulk on floor & toilet
Be sure to adjust toilet tank float to prevent continue water running into toilet bowel
Turn float tank adjuster counterclockwise to lower the float
Which in turn will keep the water level lower in tank
American Standard toilets use FLUIDMASTER fill valves 😊
I recommend adjusting water level to 3/8" below the toilet bowel overflow pipe

Listened to your advice and installed it on my last remodel. Worked as advertised. Love how you pealed off that sticker on supply line. As soon as I step out of the store sticker is gone. Also I find entertaining those long stares into empty tank while it fills up. Especially if there was some problem and I am trouble shooting flashing hundred times. Quite entertaining and nice to contemplate about life. LOL💪👍

Worth noting that the oblong model (instead of round) is needed for a toilet seat bidet.

And stone, and/or tile flooring gets grouted, wood or linoleum get caulked or siliconed.
I have never use a wax ring that thick? Yours looks to be thicker than what I use.
Just to mention something healthwise .
Taller toilet are absolutely not healthy.
In order to empty your collen you need lower toilet .
If you have higher toilet you need a small foot stool.
