Does he think that by serving him, I'll get better tables in the future? No, sir. That is not how that works. Maybe it works for other people in the music industry but in the food industry, we just need the tip. 15% if the service was good, 18% if the service was great. That is a weird way to think about it. And wrong. Let me ask you a simple question. How much money would you need to be offered to do something heinous? Like murder of a child? If you got any amount in mind, you are possibly one of those people just not in their possition.
