- Traveling back home from Sycamore, IL and Amber and I stop at The Industrial Revolution Eatery & Grille. A few friends have told me about their I.R. burger challenge so we had to stop by. This challenge consists of (4) one pound burgers with one pound of Mom's famous double shift pot roast layered in between with American cheese. It is served with an order of garlic potato wedges and comes with a one hour time limit in order to get the meal for free! It didn't take long to realize what everyone has been talking about, this burger is amazing! Thank you to everyone at The Industrial Revolution for the delicious challenge and wonderful support!

As for the Industrial Revolution, I highly recommend trying this place, especially if your into engineering, history, the 3 Stooges, and great food! I drive 2+ hours to eat there and it's worth every penny of it. Check'm out.

Great job Eli. That looked like a delicious challenge. When you mentioned at the beginning the challenge came with sweet potato fries, well, they aren't my favorite. Those garlic fries looked really good. I would have been real happy with those as I know you were.
I like both but I thought a sweeter flavor would help out if I ran into flavor fatigue.

Never had pot roast on a burger but I would def try it. Weirdest thing I’ve had was peanut butter. Still don’t like it. It’s like Brandon says pineapple and pizza don’t mix.

Ate there once and wasn't impressed. The burgers were dry n fell apart. Looks as though from this, it hasn't changed. BUT great job finishing it..
The burgers were well done which is more than I prefer but I don't hold that against most places because some are forced to cook them that way. I did love the pot roast though.
