- I am at Trax BBQ in McCordsville, IN to take on their Half Sheet BBQ challenge. This challenge includes 8oz portions of pulled chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and smoked sausage. There are also three 8oz sides of cole slaw, baked beans, mac & cheese plus Texas toast and hush puppies. This comes with a one hour time limit and if successful I will get an awesome merch pack that includes a T-shirt, shot glass, koozie, and gift card plus get my name and photo on their Wall of Fame (again). I did this challenge before I had a channel with the incredible @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food who encouraged me to create one. This is Trax BBQ's 5th anniversary and in celebration we are doing 5 challenges at the same time with friends @BigBellyBob , @Cherish5PoundsBrownMomvsFood , Mack Bautista, and Gary Bettner. Thank you to owner's Andrew and Whitney for the incredible food and fun luau party! Thank you Rustymk2 for the music, what a great event. My favorite challenges are ones I can do/share among friends and this was perfect.

Seeing you live being right next to you all competing is something that had my adrenaline running, it was so fun! Food of course was so awesome and tasty! Nice challenge with a great time Eli! Nice to see bunch of heavy weight eaters doing a challenge together... Loved the Brandon Clark shout out with the ole sausage shaking lol. As far as the coleslaw goes. I make mine with a combination of mayonnaise apple cider vinegar spices sugar and some cream... delicious

It’s awesome that you managed to assemble so many eaters. Made for a really fun atmosphere. If restaurant challenges are ever acknowledged as the sport they are I want you in the commentators box, because your commentary on the other contestants was great! 😁
Says a lot about a challenge when it’s good enough to do twice, and with so many people trying and finishing it’s gotta be good. Plus who doesn’t love BBQ? Definitely worth a try 😋

It was a lot of fun to be alongside so many friends. The food was great and I wasn't going to leave that noodle behind! Someone would have got me!

I can't say I love everything pumpkin but I do love pumpkin pie and we have a West Indian tradition where we eat pumpkin and rice and also you pose the question of do you like creamy mac and cheese or in the oven I like both I like creamy and baked in the oven I love that crispiness.
I enjoy savory pumpkin dishes like pumpkin soup and I've even had a cheese, pumpkin, and tomato pie that was out of this world. Roasted pepitas are addictive for me too. So many people think pumpkins can only be sweet. As far as the mac and cheese goes...I can eat either but don't eat enough to care that much.

I love a good creamy cole slaw. Amber would say KFC has the best around. This was one of the biggest collabs that I have done and it was really incredible.
