- I am at Four Pegs in Louisville, KY and I am going to see if I am able to eat their brunch menu. Owner/Chef Chris has won numerous awards for his food and recently been on Food Network's BBQ Brawl. Chris has prepared some amazing dishes for me to eat including brisket sandwiches, breakfast burgers, hash, scrambles, chicken & waffles, and more! Will I be able to eat all of this incredible food?

Looked like you found another winner of a restaurant with great food. Everything there looked delicious. I have never tried a Monte Cristo either; they have always sounded good. Sounds like I need to find a place that makes them and try it soon! 😁Great spotlight video.

Happy Belated Amber. Love Monte Cristo's, although my only experience with them was from the now defunct Bennigans chain sports bar/restaurants. They encased it in what would best be described as a funnel cake instead of french toast. But the one you had looked really good. Never thought something with a little powdered sugar, and a strawberry jelly/jam/preserves would make for such an awesome sandwich.
Thank you and this was my first time with it. I do believe I will have to order it whenever I am somewhere else so I can compare the two. It was so freaking good!

What a bloody delicious menu, living in Australia I sometimes miss the food in USA that we tasted when visiting
I haven't got to visit Australia but I am surprised there isn't options for a lot of these items. I would miss them too!

I wanted to level that table so bad. Working in many restaurants with wobbly tables and there is a little leveler on the legs that many don't bother with.
As I was editing the video I asked myself why didn't I put something under it! 🤣🤣🤣 I am sorry for that because it bothered me too!

As many times as I’ve been to Four Pegs for the ayce Wed wings n Thuribs (thx for showing leaderboard) and also my attempt at Greatest challenge(fell short), I’ve yet surprisingly to try the brunch but that’s on the list for fam and I to taste. And was it Ara’s/Eryn’s birthday, the one working there, or was it Amber’s birthday? Lol. Well, whoever it is, Happy Birthday 🎉 🎊
You have to try the brunch! You will love it. It was Ara's birthday. She is a wonderful person and is one of the many great things about four pegs.

No, this was just a full menu type of challenge where the restaurant wanted me to try out a bunch of their items. They were all amazing too.

I didn't time myself because it's not an official challenge and I won't count it as a challenge in my records. This was just me enjoying an incredible spread of food from an amazing chef!
I don't think he finished the ones he didn't show he finished.
I ate the main dishes but left out the sides of potatoes. They wanted to show the plates as they are served so that is why each plate had a side of potatoes.
