- I am at DiOrio's in Louisville, KY to takeon their team Massive Gibbon pizza challenge. This is a 30" pizza loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage, spicy sausage, ham, meatballs, bacon, chicken, and salami. It weighs in at 16-17 pounds. This is a 4 man challenge and with me is Brandon "Da Garbage Disposal" Clark, Vaughn Don, and Glen "The Hitman" Hitner. We only have 40 minutes to complete this and half of the team has never done a food challenge before. With less than 1% of the challengers succeeding we may have bitten off more than we can chew. If we can complete this challenge we will get the pizza for free, some custom T-shirts with our names on them and our names and photo on their Wall of Fame. With a little strategy and a lot of luck we are hoping to become just the 3rd team to complete this challenge. Thank you to everyone who came out and watched the challenge and thank you to DiOrio's for allowing us to come in and attempt the challenge.

Shoutout for showing Our picture at the beginning. Me and My Boys were the first to ever beat it like 7 years ago. Props to beating it. I will say, they made Us start the challenge as soon as it hit our table. LEGIT piping hot. I think we cut some time off Our finish if we got to let it cool down a bit.
Great job on the win! Lots of people have tried and failed, it definitely wasn't easy. After all these years only 3 teams have been successful!

Each slice was just over 2lbs. It was delicious but very salty.

Its difficult for places to cook a massive pizza just right. Its so thick and the crust tends to be either over or undercooked.

It's difficult to cook oversized pizzas. They are usually over or under cooked honestly.

Sometimes I think it's difficult to imagine the magnitude of these pizza challenges when just seeing them on the table. However, watching the construction of this thing at the beginning of your video here was a huge eye opener! My gosh, the piles and piles of toppings!!
