- I am at Smoked to the Bone BBQ in Iuka, IL to take on their Philabuster Challenge. This sandwich is loaded with bacon cheeseburgers, sausages, brisket, pulled pork, fries and cheese all between an entire loaf of bread. The bacon and sausages are made in house! There is only a 30 minute time limit but if I finish I will get the $50 sandwich for free along with an awesome T-shirt and become just the 4th person to finish. As they were making it, it didnt really seem like that big of a sandwich. When it was on the tray being brought out it actually looked like an impossible challenge
Most of the difficulty was in the chewing of the food. It was delicious but the bread was a lot!

Best looking challenge I have seen. I was literally sitting here saying to myself how it would be great for my group of friends to order and split up right when your voiceover said the same thing. Nice job. Sure looked yummy.
It was the best tasting BBQ sandwich I have ever had. For $50 a few friends can have a Hell of a meal.

Oh man, this is 100% a steal. So much time and effort went into this sandwich and even if I had the knowledge and equipment I couldn't make it for $50.

Awesome job awesome job awesome, fav is bar b que beef or pork ribs, i won't name the state but I don't like tree bark pork ribs. (in the south LOL) that meat looked very tasty. I actually thought there was gonna be a reversal there for a moment or two. have a great week.

It was a lot more challenging than I expected. Not all challenges are created equal and this was probably the toughest 5/6 pound challenge that I have done.

Looked interesting, very clean restaurant, you did a great job, made it look easy. Did you feel okay after?
I felt great other than a little jaw fatigue. The food is excellent and we got to talk to the owner for a while. He even sent us home with a fried chicken dinner that Amber at that evening. It was also excellent!
