For no-bake cheesecakes with almond flour, you can roast the almond flour for a few seconds in a pan before mixing it with butter and sugar. Or you can also toss it in the oven for 10 mins after you have stuck it into the base. The nutty flavor with come out which makes the cheesecake taste super delicious

I stopped keto. Now low fat low carb intermittent fasting. Just finished 20 day water fast. I'll try this subbing: I will use ghee (classified butter) where you use butter and oil. Low fat cream cheese low fat sour cream light cream. The rest I'll use your same ingredients.
The low fat scam is BS, you need the fat.

I am on a Ketogenic diet now for 4 years.
I was a full blown diabetic and Hypertension but jow I am on no medication.
Regarding intermittent fasting it's now 5 years.
I have started with 16 hrs with 2 meals
Then 18 hrs with one heavy meal and one very light meal.
I don't snack in between.
I do go into 20 -24 hours sometimes and still doing great.
Currently I am assisting people that are going through diabetes and other challenges.
I have also started a small business from home marketing sugar free products..
Now 2 weeks.

I was wondering if xanthan gum would work.
Agar Agar is a plant based thickener. It thickens harder than gelatin so you need to experiment with the exact amount.

Well, no wonder.
I have been on very low carb diet over 2.5 years, but I could definitely eat this kind of stuff once per week for example. I eat dark chocolate (85%) already - probably too much to be honest.
