Glucocorticoids - Structure and activity

Cortisone and hydrocortisone are the natural glucocorticoids with small mineralocorticoid activity. These compounds can be modified at the different positions in the ring to produce synthetic steroids with enhanced glucocorticoid activity and reduced mineralocorticoid activity.

Nice presentation Sir. However, Betamethasone is a 9-F and 16-methyl prednisolone derivative, then Beclomethasone is a 9-Cl and 16-methyl derivative of prednisolone.
In the video, you've said they are derivatives of hydrocortisone which is not the case because the compounds have a double bond at positions 1-2
