    Please consider methyl group instead of ethyl group at 10.25 min in this video. So Bethanechol is a BETA methyl Choline derivative. Thank you.

    Sweat secretion is indeed a cholinergic response .you can say it is sympathetic fiber which goes to sweat gland.but you can't say it is an adrenergic response.because sweat secretion is primarily mediated by cholinergic neuron and the least by adrenergic neuron. It's sympathetic system being an exception.please consider it.🙏

      Sweat secretion is a sympathetic response with ACh as mediator. Normally parasympathetic system has no significant role on sweating but under pathological conditions it may induce parasympathetic reflux to induce sweating.

    You said as the pupil will get constricted blurred vision will be there.but blurred vision is caused by mydriasis ,not by miosis.it is about focusing on near objects.when pupils get dilated it accomodates for far vision because more light can pass through it,so near vision gets blurry.

    • @egpat
      @egpat  Před 3 lety +1

      Blurred vision can be produced by both mydriasis and miosis.
