1970 Cadillac Fleetwood
VIN: P0259440
This Cadillac has only had two owners since 1970 and only has 17,018 miles on it. The body, powertrain and interior are 100% original, with one paint re-spray on the body, due to Cadillac experiencing a problem with formulation on their #29 blue. This car is a true survivor in excellent condition. Everything is in working order just like Cadillac built it, but the one exception is the air ride suspension, which was converted to a manual inflator. This is a common conversion performed by the Cadillac dealer. This Cadillac comes fully loaded, as it should, with power windows, power brakes, power steering, tilt column, cruise control, 100% original upholstery (in excellent condition), all Cadillac glass (in excellent condition), all off the chrome and stainless (in excellent condition) and new tires! Take a look at over 100 pictures and the in-depth video!

I had one of these one of the best body styles of Cadillac, there is so much room in the back of these cars...75 and 76 also good year's
When I was a teenage grocery bagger in Pasadena, CA in the late 1970s, a chauffeur driven burgundy and black 1970 Fleetwood would arrive weekly at the market. That was one impressive car which looked even better with a chauffeur in uniform.
God, look at that design on the upholstery. That is real class back then.
I owned a early 1980's model Fleetwood which I purchased 25 years ago at a police auction those days for around two thousand dollars. It was awesome and in great shape. I wish I had kept it. Those are the true American cars. They are a great part of Americas history and I hope people will continue to take care of what ever is left of these great vehicles.
These cars rode so incredibly smooth. All that length weight and wheelbase. I'd love to own one of these.
Love this car! I've always liked the Cadillac's built from 1967 to 1970 a lot, those were IMO the best year's of the Cadillac's.
67 to 70 is fine but you can't stop at 70 it's through 72 they were phenomenal the 71's and 72's were awesome😊
I used to look at Cyrus' Eaton 's maroon metallic 1970 Fleetwood w. black vinyl roof drive by , open mouthed and in awe, in 1970 when I used to live in the Avenue Rd. area in Toronto ON. I never did find out if it was chauffeur driven. From 1970 onwards , the Cadillacs went downhill in build quality. From 1968-1970 they were tops , though. I was lucky enough to own, and daily drive a 1968 2 dr Cadillac Calais.
i miss such cars from 1970-1980
This is a one in a million find. That underbody looks untouched.
when I was 12 years old in 1970 I did yard work for a dear lady friend in Tyler, Texas who owned a new 1970 Fleetwood from Wagner Cadillac Co. like this one in San Mateo Red (featured in several Cadillac magazine ads) with a black vinyl roof and this same black brocade interior design - I especially remember those high back front seats! The 1970 Cadillacs were a design refreshment of the all new 1969 models.. each Saturday after I’d finished the yard work she’d take myself and several of her grandchildren to Whataburger for lunch. It was a Saturday ritual I’ll never forget. Is this the original color of the car? According to the original PPG color charts I’m guessing it is either Candor Blue or Spartacus Firemist - the colors are so similar it’s hard to tell for sure
Wow! You could fit ten dead mobsters and a couple of shovels in that trunk!
I owned a 68. The guy is absolutely right these cars as solid as a tank, you could land a plane on the hood, and they really do float down the road. They are living room sofas on wheels. They only draw back was that you could only get 180 miles out of a25 gallon tank.
as someone told me once, and I discovered when I owned a Cadillac, is Nothing rides like a Cadillac
This is really nice, and one thing I always found interesting about the Fleetwood during these years was the foot rest for the back seat riders
As a kid my daddy had a blue one. I remember the seats backs as being very tall.
@6:05 That paint is mirror perfect. Just gorgeous.
+BAILY DENHHOUTEN-YOU GOT THAT RIGHT! CADILLAC AIN'T CADILLAC NO MORE! LONG LIVE THESE CLASSIC CADILLACS!
Thats a damn fine car!
Growing up in this era, and having driven a few of these land yachts. With that trunk you would not need to rent a truck to move. Hard to imagine how we parallel parked them vs today's Accords and Camrys
Would love to own that beast. Imagine driving that in the spring, summer, and fall. And best of all it’s a Cadillac.
I just bought a convertible, after selling my Coupe, a 34 year driver, but luvin the drop top.
One fine classic! I wonder if there were any big classic like this classic that had high performance. (similar to today's Bentley's and RR's)
cars like this make me smile! thanks you so much for sharing this! you made my night and put a big smile on my face
We are always glad to see people love our cars and videos!
The way you talk about those cars . Makes me Love them More than I already do
Float, float on...love it
In 1970 Cadillac was still known as "Standard of the World".
When a Cadillac was a Cadillac!
Gorgeous!
Incredible condition!
I remember those things used to take curbs like butter.
That Caddy's as big as my living room!!
I drive a 30 year old Cadillac every day. And I love it! And yesterday I was trying to figure out why it has no heat! And after that I have to install a new driver’s door power window motor. And soon it’s going to need an oil change. And then I need to change the engine coolant and clean the battery terminals. Constant maintenance and repairs are required to daily drive an old car. But I’m not complaining because there’s not a single new car out there that I could like better than my old Cadillac!
Oh, and a year ago I had a transmission shop repair the transmission. It wasn’t shifting properly and needed two new shift solenoids. The repair was probably half the cost of just one month’s payment on a new car, so again, I’m not complaining!
8 miles per gallon and lovin' it.
11-12 in mine, and was a limo.
I WANT THIS BOAT !!!!
Piece of artwork on four wheels
Dam thats my favorite car on the road ever ! Cadillac doesnt build them that way any more .
King of the road Cadillac! Beautiful car!
Listen to the door close, it sounds like their new.
Nice ORIGINAL condition with no silly wheels for me to moan about. I seem to love to moan about cheesy low profile pimp wheels n tires. I love to see the History as it was intended. Beautiful.
Well, it is close although those are ultra modern tires. I would have preferred slightly thinner more shapely bias plys.
I was three in 1970 & I would drive a Cadillac like this. Beautiful Cadillac is right.
Twin to the '69 model year (as Cadillac changed body stylings about every 2 years), but I prefer '69 as the front headlight/grill trim is more complete, and I don't care for the rear quarter side reflector lens on '70s models. However, this example is in superb condition, with an especially attractive shade of blue.
Note to interviewer: You shouldn't be resting your elbow on the padded upper door panel BECAUSE at 5:00, I can already see the impression your arm left there. In few weeks time, it would leave a permanent defect. Bad habit!
Everyone loves old Cadillacs, so why doesn’t Cadillac make cars like this?
Beautiful work of art
The epidemy of pimp it's self. This is GM'S masterpiece. This is why American car's used to be the best this is my dream if you can't tell. Please GM go back to this please! Automotive engineering perfection .
Dann I want that car if I only could afford it vintage cadillacs are the best!!!!
love your work
Beautiful shop!
The 70 model always looked extremely heavy to me. Even though later years took the weight award.
I love this so much 😍😍😍😍 as a 17 yr old girl I reaaaalllly would love to have this
Hi Greg, new subscriber here from Bloomington, In!
kind of sad the owner must be getting too old to drive....
This was their pinnacle in my opinion, the final refinement on the '69 design. Beautiful.
I would own this over a brand new Corvette c7. no, I'm actually 21 y/o
beautiful car
Beautiful!
A car that Elvis would have approved of. Cool
Where’s Priscilla?
Chances are he may have had one.
Missing front emblem indicates repaint, reproduction floor mats, wrong color blue for engine, underneath completely repainted. That is not IMO an all original car. Still pretty and clearly has a lot of money invested in it but not all original
Unbelievable vehicle!
A more solid and dependable car has NEVER been built. Except maybe for the 69 Fleetwood Brougham I had ;)
wish they still made them today.Cadilacs today like a camaro.
God damn holy fuck that trunk! Who needs a pickup truck if you have one of these!
this might be the first 4-door car to ever be put on this channel lol
Outstanding!
Land yacht.
It's gorgeous.
But no stand up hood ornament?
No, because they were illegal from 1968 to 1970.
The stand up hood ornaments actually came back in 1972.
Love the color!!!
OMG Look at how clean that is..... Like New!
WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE CAR WITHOUT THE SALES PITCH.
Gorgeous Car.
BELLISSIMA !!
beyond sweet
Very beautiful car
Looks good!❤
i have a question. what does one do to protect the engine, well basically the valves and valve seats, from using unleaded crap gas, The engine was made to use leaded gas.
How was the a/c?
1970 was such a beautiful caddy.
I want this car :]
Very Nice Car...
A must have!
Can you please tell me the price of this nostalgic Cadillac?
Badass ride

excelente auto, gángster
the repaint failed to reattach the Cadillac crest on the hood for the Fleetwood was the only car in the Cadillac line in 1970 that still had the Cadillac crest
That car was too nice to put on road & drive. 17,018 miles, incredible! Those diehard Caddy owners are unreal!
Nice 👍
Feels like it's missing the front hood ornament or emblem on the front of the hood
17.000 miles ??? still have the original oil in it ??? =))))
