- This video will show you how to change your Rear Brake Discs (Rotors) and Pads on many Audi, VW, Skoda and Seat models.
This process is demonstrated on an Audi RS6 (C5) and A6 (C6) but the process is identical/very similar on many model across the entire VAG group ranges (Audi, VW, Skoda, Seat).

Love the content and clear explanations. However I’ve been informed my RS6 front brakes are at 25%. Parts are on the way. Time for the front brakes video. How can I ever graduate to your monster projects without learning the little ones first to build confidence. Thanks
Hey there! Ouch, those brakes can't have been cheap!! Well, we're actually be filming a front disc and pads replacement video over the next few weeks - and it will indeed be the Brembo type caliper we will be covering first, so perfect for all Audi RS models. Likely will not be available in time for your project though, unfortunately :-(

@@TotalTechnik No they were not my friend. Over 2000.00 without pads. So I through 50.00 into your tip jar. That should pay for a few minutes of brake footage. Luckily the car is mostly a garage queen so should last till end of summer. But you're gonna need to get to work for my fall brake job. Keep up the good work.

Is this video pretty close to rear discs & pads for Skoda Kodiaq?
I have a 2018 Kodiaq ..... it has electric parking brake, what extra steps would be involved ? ..... read that I need a special tool to wind back pads (or OBDELEVEN diagnostic tool), can you advise ?
Great video as usual. Have you ever done a tutorial on replacing the rear inner driveshaft seals in the differential on a B5 Quattro ? Mine are weeping on both sides.
Hey there! Unfortunately not. We are not covering the B5 platform just yet. We are hoping to be able to expand Total Technik to cover additional models, but it's not a cheap undertaking and our expansion will be solely reliant on the support we receive from our viewers.
Hopefully we can cover that model in the not-too-distant future!
