100g Kaong (Sugar/Sweet Palm)
100g Nata De Coco (Coconut Gel)
200g Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup of Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. White sugar
1 cup Coconut juice
1 cup of Evaporated Milk
1 egg, beaten
Vanilla Ice Cream for topping
Pinipig/Flattened Dried Rice (optional)
30 pcs. Lumpia Wrappers
Any neutral flavored oil for frying
