cool. The Lambda is there, so maybe there are functions to orchestrate the triggers etc...between different services? Any extra information on the Lambda please?

If customer speaks Spanish and I can read translation in English..how can I reply back in Spanish...also what's lambda use here
Why didn't you use Polly
So at what point does anyone speaks back to the customer? He/she cannot just do a monologue....
