Excellent video. These by-example tutorials are game changers. Please continue to post these, more detail is always better. I design, install, program, and manage call centers and am always looking for better platforms.
I'm stuck doing this - is there anyone at Amazon or Salesforce who can help? I'm starting on a project soon and this is a core requirement.
I'm doing the trail "Build a Data Dip with AWS Lambda and Amazon Connect" and I've *started from scratch 3 times* - but the stage "Test the AWS Lambda Application" fails (i.e. produces errors in Cloud Watch). I'll monitor this post as the Cases I've raised have gone 'stale' and the trailheads community doesn't have any related threads.

I followed a trail to get this however it seems that there is a limitation to test it if you are creating from India would be happy if there is any work around if anyone has tried

This is good Marketing demo, Do you have complete implementation details? Connectivity is working fine for me, but softphone layout is not working, what ever the way I tried. I am sure some steps are missing but did not find complete implementation steps anywhere.
