Can I replace this with my landline. I have a small office with 3 people? I need only incoming calls.

How to get the customer entered data on Agent Application for CRM Integration ? For example if we need to capture the customer ID or account number entered by the user in IVR and capture the same on Agent Desktop and invoke a CRM application by passing the customer entered data - how this can be achieved? The concept know as Computer Telephony Integration.
