Beautiful episode. OMG, Cordoba is stunningly beautiful. The blend of cultures (in the architecture, history, people) is lovely. Brilliantly presented Michael. Thank you.

Andalucía es en conjunto una verdadera maravilla , pero hay que tener en cuenta que no se puede ir desde mayo hasta octubre y para vivir es maravilloso , siempre que puedas salir corriendo durante el verano

I have always loved your travels by train but I love this series more than any because I, too, love Andalucía, I adore Granada, love Córdoba, feel 'at home' in Málaga ... but I love the personal stories of your father and his anti-fascist politics most of all

Visit Cordoba in July/August for a rare opportunity to see one of Spain's most historical and beautiful cities without the tourist mobs. The blasting heat in summer is a unique experience too! Just remember to drink lots of water, and stay indoors in the afternoon! 😎

Enjoyed it so much. That trip down Cordobas winding streets , the awe inspiring fusion of Christian , Islamic and Jewish architectural styles every where. History coming alive with each step. The magnificence of the massive bridges constructed by the Romans...thank you for giving us such a splendid time, crammed with stunning visuals and backed by your effortlessly captivating narration.
Such a joy to listen to you...
"The deep fragrance of long Cordoba traditions."

For a start, this was a BBC series that someone has uploaded. has Nothing to do with Michael, so can you please stop thanking him. Also, as usual it is full of errors. For a 'half Spaniard' he doesn't know much. The time when the 3 religions lived together was called the Convivencia and was all over Spain, not just in Cordoba. And please drop the lisp! He speaks Spanish like an English boarding schoolboy. Which of course he was.
