- International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan is formally seeking an arrest warrant to be issued for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on alleged war crimes charges.
He is also seeking arrests warrants for Israeli defence minister Yoav Gallant and other top Hamas leaders Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh.

There's often mention of the right to 'defend oneself', I guess that always applies to everyone. Everyone has the right to defend themselves - of course. I think speaking about the notion of ‘the right to defend oneself’ from a group that one is oppressing, doesn’t make sense. At that point what is going on is not ‘defence’ but an attempt to maintain control over the other and to continue to dominate, oppress and abuse them. I think everyone would agree no one has the right to oppress another, right? Israel has been oppressing all the original inhabitants of the land, mainly Palestinians, for over 75 years now. So, Israel is not defending itself, it is simply continuing to oppress. Of course, it has got very, very dark now, with the ongoing attempt to eradicate everyone. Long term oppression has now turned to extermination.
If they are oppressed, why did Gaza look better than some USA cities before the war?? Are USA citizens then oppressed?? Our own money going all over the world, but not to our own people?? Is that right??

If anything the USA is an occupying force in regards to the original inhabitants of the land. In that sense there is a similarity between the USA and Israel. Both colonising movements that have been and are involved in oppression and mass murder of those being colonised. Many people that are considered experts in the area of American history say that a genocide was committed on the indigenous population of America. Considering over 80% of the indigenous population was killed and mass murdered by the colonisers, I can understand why that conclusion is expressed. So there is another similarity between Israel and the USA. They are both aggressive and cold-blooded, brutally violent expressions of colonisation.
