Honda Accord - Key Remote Battery Replacement - 2003-2012

How to replace the Battery in the Key Remote of a 2009 Honda Accord EX, which has the same remote battery as all 2003-2012 8th & 9th generations Honda Accords.
Although the work performed in the video was specifically on a 2009 Accord EX Sedan, yours will be very similar.

Do you need to program or reprogram the key after replacing the battery?

you had gloves on....is this required when touching components? i also scratched the screwdriver over the new battery...does that ruin it?
