@@APerson-tb8mr Being presumably "able to make it to the first team" is based on many factors including relations with the staff team, teammates, chemestry, training sessions, the amount of bullsh*it you are willing to take from the gaffer. Also it's kinda odd to compare those 2, one being an obvious defensive player who has no competition on that position and the other one being an attacking profile player who has at least 3 guys on the same position.
It takes time, you just can't bond so easy.
Also stats speak for Hagi.

This kid CARRIED his team (whichever that was) through many many victories. Haters just yapp yapp but its not his fault his name is Hagi. What should he do now? Change it?! trully he wasnt given a proper shot at any of the teams hes been at. He needs time to get used to everything. You can see hes running awkwardly at the first goal to congradulate the scorer... i can tell from a continent away that he needs time and confidence. The coach needs to give him confidence and the lockerroom's big boys need to support him. He has vision always face up, looking for that perfect pass, shoots just as good with both legs. If he gets help to get over the immigrant mindset, he'll gain confidence and provide some stellar plays... look him up when he played for romania and/or in romania he was few classes above everyone and hes still just a kid.
