BTW, I like your idea that it should have been made into a series ! I can’t get enough of their random domestic shenanigans, like Venom helping Eddie solve murders, making him waffles and throwing out the TV, or the two climbing buildings, munching on criminals’ brains and getting drunk on that tropical island like a pair of dumbasses… There could be so much more to do with that !

I find it funny the police are mad at Brock for solving the case. Sure he had Symbiote assistance, but Cletus literally drew the exact spot where he hid the bodies. At that point any kind of mocking is earned

Detective Venom doesn’t deserve an Oscar, he deserves his own spin off series for the MCU called “Detective Venom”, a detective for hire called Eddie Brock who’s investigating unsolved/unknown mysteries and using his powers to protect the city.
