    Have you ever had low back pain? I've experienced injury several times with deep back squats.
    The good news is most acute low back pain resolves in 6 weeks via natural healing. It's important to remain optimistic while doing all the basics (sleep, stress reduction, exercise). Today's video offers a few options to get your spine moving in different ways, enjoy.

      Wish I saw all this after open heart surgery 9 nine years ago. It took years for thoracic spine to work afterwards

    Those who bought the back bridge program know what's this video is all about! Great program. Helped a lot with my bridge progress. Highly recommend.

    Excellent, as always. These were exactly what I needed! Since I had my wooden dowel out for the thoracic twists anyway, I used it during the standing back bends with wide grip on the dowel, extending upwards and pulling apart on the rod slightly. This modification seemed to help get into my shoulder blade area nicely too!

    Could it help with lower back pain? I've had lower back pain for quite some time now. Mostly when stretching (my back tends to bend way too much in the lower section).

    • @DoubleOhSilver
      @DoubleOhSilver Před 20 dny +1

      Probably. But for me, a better core, especially around the hips, helped most. Work out the front hip flexors and stretch them. Make sure you get a full core workout often, I did Taekwondo and it helped a lot (lots of core and kicking)

    ... stretch with length is staple, not reinforcing contracted positions. On top of that, the rotation hurts the lower discs in the spine, not smart. This time you were not as convincing as usual. God bless ...

    • @lilpigboy
      @lilpigboy Před 20 dny +3

      Rotation doesn't inherently hurt the spin, unless you have an underlying issue or mobility restriction? The human spine should allow for safe rotation and twisting.
