Even though I have applied with clear documents, my application for my issuing OBC-NCL certificate for my son is getting rejected because purely because my salary is above 8 Lakhs. Kindly suggest whom should I approach for getting OBC NCL certificate ? Can you pls share the clarification document issued by Tamilnadu Backward Class Welfare Dept which you have mentioned in this video. This will really help me to once again apply for the same.

Sir, my mom and dad both are govt school teachers (joined as assistants primary school) promoted to headmaster later. They are direct recruits of group c and now group B(before 40).Am I eligible? (also please clarify, the method to find which group/grade they rightly belong to sir)
I tried applying online but my Sub caste/community is not displayed in the application form and I approached the Tahsildar office and some people are saying manual application may help but some say my community has been removed from the central list of OBC for the state of TN so even manual application is of no good. Can you please explain in detail if there are any restrictions based on sub caste/community and other things apart from income to obtain NCL certificate
