We have applied for an OBC certificate but Revenue Inspector here, seems to be unaware of the Creamy layer and non-Creamy layer details and she got us Creamy Layer. How to change it into NCL? Thanks for the detailed information. We need to mention our family income details in other section of JEE application, in which we need to consider our private job salary income or not?
