  • In this short video you'll learn a quick tip on how to fix knee valgus. A knee valgus in part can be addressed by simply looking at the way we stand. If the base in which we stand on is too wide and our arches are collapsed this can contribute to our knees caving in.
    What we can do instead is to look at how we can stack the joints between our ankle, knee and hip with an active tension in this feet.

    Can you please provide a longer video on this topic?
    I have internal rotation on my right leg, tight right psoas and rib flare as well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

    Yes and did you know that by applying suuficient force to your neck overtime you cas learn how to do a 360.

    Thats like saying, how to get over a cold? Just dont have a cold.
    If we could stand like that we wouldnt have knew valgus. Forcing the legs in the correct position will not fix the issue. You will have to train and stretch specific muscles.

    They told me to do the same, I have flat foot and knock knee, I did exactly this for years and it ruined my feet, and my knees were getting worse, now I'm fixing this witch stretch. Now I'm using again all my foot, it doesn't matter if is flat, I'm now way more stable and feel like reborn. Don't always do this, not in all cases. But it can surely help some people I think and hope.

      @vedantgayake3830 I'm fixing it, I am improving. Sorry for bad English, I am doing every day stretching for the inner legs in the pubic area (I don't know how that part is called is english lol) and some for the harmstrings, I am also getting some muscles for the glutes and lower hips with exercises for it, I am massagging my feet with a ball made for that use and that is unlocking my feet, I was always correcting with them and they were/are fucked up, I am also trying to walk using all the feet and the glutes, and doing corrective squats sometimes (they help). I am also doing a bit of skateboard that might sound stupid but I feel that in my case is helping. I think everyone have got their story and problems, in general try to stretch and reinforce your body in the right places and "unlocking" my feet is really helping in my case. I am still adding things or modifying the habits as how I feel they are more effective. It is working very well.

    do not do this. it will fuck you up even more. adress the causes, not the symptoms. Actively working on your posture like this is counterproductive and very damaging. There are many videos on how to fix the most common problems that cause this, this video is not one of them.
