    C-Wood was one of my favorite defenders to ever watch on the Packers. What player should I make a top 10 for next?

    Man, this guy was so dam good. The perfect football player. Great video. For me the pick 6 against Larry Fitzgerald would be my number one. I'm splitting hairs.

      Crazy that the only team that wanted him in free agency was the packers.

    We’ve all heard people say the game slows down when a player reaches the top of his position, the top of his ability... the debate is usually how he got there. Charles had to work through physical questions as a kid with his feet. He had god given strength of will, and mental toughness and determination. He goes to Michigan and becomes one of a handful of defensive Heisman trophy winners all time. Because I’m a Packer fan I’d like to think that Oakland just wasn’t the right fit, and that he was truly meant to be a Packer. The things we all witnessed him do on the field we’re extraordinary. Whether it was god given talent, or hard work and dedication, or a mix of both it’s clear the game didn’t just slow down for him, it stopped. He saw everything, and followed his instinct. There’s no way a mere mortal would be around the ball that often. He’s truly my favorite Packer!

      Bro, he's the ONLY defensive heisman winner.

    I am truly thankful for Woodson coming to GB. He was the Reggie White signing of the 2000s. To bad we didn’t have anyone in the 2010s to resemble this high level of play from a FA.

    I disagree with most this list, but that’s not a knock on Basaraski, Woodson was just that good. I still think his tackle on McGahee at the goal line in 2009 was one of the best plays I’ve ever seen by a corner.

    • @Basaraski
      @Basaraski  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah i remember that play. Honestly forgot about it when making this, so thats my B. He just has so many damn good plays

      That goalline tackle is by far Woodson's best play. Surprised it wasn't #1 let alone not in the top 10.

  • @imjinrat2325
    @imjinrat2325 Před 3 lety +2

    I don't remember exactly what year, but there was a tight Thanksgiving game against The Lions that Woodson absolutely took over in the 3rd quarter. He pretty much won the game by himself.

  • @amp12productions

    Woodson was a beast! Also, how do you go about getting more traction to your videos?

    • @Basaraski
      @Basaraski  Před 3 lety +2

      He sure was. And I started in 2012/13 and was really the first Packers CZcamsr, so that helped. Pretty much just try to push out steady good content.

  • @natewalther7407

    Great video! But clearly missing Wood's goal line, "fly-through-the-O-line", one-handed, shoestring tackle against the Ravens in 2009.

  • @tox100

    3:38 Griese throws to his old teammate when they both wore maize and blue. Woodson picked his old QB and it gives him his 4th best play according to this channel. Must be frustrating to have to have #21 on the other side of you for a change. GO BLUE

    He might arguably be the Best DB! Not corner which he is arguably the best in that but ALL Around DB he definitely is up there wit being the best
    Played corner then on his last leg dominates at safety!
    It’s between him and Rod

    The two Tony Romo highlights pretty much sums up Romos teams. Clown ass receivers and a shitty offensive line, that eventually, got him killed out of the nfl.
