Man do I miss Eddie!
Who would you like to see next for Top 10 Plays?
Someone oldschool like Leroy Butler or G. Brown or Reggie
Jermichael Finley 💪🏾😤8️⃣8️⃣
Randall Cobb
Jordy Nelson
Ryan Grant next!
It is a real shame he couldn’t control his weight, I miss the dude
I read an interesting article on the life of Eddie Lacy. Dude has struggled with serious depression and self image issues for most of his life and turned to comfort foods most of the time. When he started getting heavy and people made memes about him being fat is also the time his weight really got out of control. I'm guessing he was getting depressed about the memes and shit and became a self-fulfilling prophecy.
@@Atlas-pn6jv that is genuinely horrible i did not know that
He say the food taste too good he grew up poor so yeaaaa he over indulged sad but true he rather eat than workout
I think I read he had really bad anxiety, so I’m guessing eating was his comfort food.
I know right
Man do I miss this guy. Great young back, but more importantly a great guy and he truly was having fun with the game it was very reliving to watch
In his prime he was 220 lbs and ran a 4.64 - 40 yard dash. Dillon is 250 lbs and runs a 4.53....Let's effin' GO!
AJ is from my hometown!
after todays game i couldn't tell a difference
@@Bloodbeast327 All aboard the Dillon hype train
Lacy had SKILL and field speed
@@aysem34 he went to my sisters high school, Laurence Academy, but I don’t know what town he’s from
His vision was so underrated
3:12 when Jordy comes flying in for that last block. Love it. I’ll never get rid of my Lacy jersey. Forever one of my favorites.
I have been DYING for more Eddie Lacy highlights. So happy to see this. Guy was a fucking beast.
Man I miss Eddie Lacy
God I miss Lacy. Genuinely one of the most fun players to watch. He always defied what SHOULD bring a player down.
3:05 that’s the best blocking a Offense can ask for no lie💯
That screen play against the bears the blocking was incredible
At his best, Lacey was Packer through and through. He was Humble, always fought for more yards, and really seemed to love the game. I loved watching him play. That run against the Cowboys says it all. We were getting our ass kicked, but he still came out playing hard, and sparked that comeback.
I hope he has found peace, will always consider Eddie a Packer.
2014 should’ve been OUR year!!🙄😤
No it should’ve been Dallas year DEZ CAUGHT IT
@@dallascowboysSB Dallas wasn't beating the Seahawks.
King Cobra Dallas will fuck Seattle up that year FACTS
dallas cowboysSB2020 the cowboys lmfaooooo they’re shit
@@kingcobra2596 in 2014 Dallas would’ve whooped their ass
Everyone calling him fat. Forgetting that he torched and had huge ass runs 🤣
I miss him man. That big meatball brought me and my family some of our last good football memories together.😂
Man I love Eddie Lacy so much, packers legend
Without a doubt my favorite player of all time. It’s not even close.
Nick Chubb for me!
Don’t get me wrong though I do love some Eddie Lacey. Watched him all through college as well!
I would love to see top 10 jordy Nelson plays.
I’m not a Packers fan, but man did I enjoy watching this guy and his big frame run through tackles and his breakaway speed. Running backs of his caliber are rare.
He had a streak of about 8 games where he was the best RB I had ever seen.
Anybody else miss the bahktiari, sitton, linsley, Lang, and bulaga line?
He’ll forever be in my top 10 favorite running backs of all time. His vision and pace was ridiculous.
I miss seeing the packers up by so much 😢
the second one against the falcons shouldve been a rodgers top play.... you didnt even see him release the ball!!! haha what a beast
244 lbs. AJ Dillon listed at 250. Watching Eddie Lacy was so exciting his first year. Im am cautiously optimistic about AJ Dillon. Cannot WAIT too see him with pads on
The blocking on #6 is incredible.
Im so glad I took time out of my day to watch this! And thank you for putting it together! Really kind of forgot just how good Lacy was for those first 3 years Shoulda got the ball more
Ran with power and his spin move was legit.
i feel like if the team REALLY stepped in and put him on an actual diet with a nutritionist, instead of just giving him a weight to get to, he would’ve been around for way longer
#6 was one of the greatest displays of team blocking you'll ever see
Always pulling and praying for you Eddie! Keep your head up and the mentality to spin off your hindrances and keep running!
Dillon is bigger, stronger, and faster. Going to be fun
And in shape
100%
aaron jones wohld like a word
So happy to see you making videos again. Big fan from Hawaii.
I love this video. Eddie was my favorite RB on the Pack since Green. Thought he would be a Packers legend.
Man has no business having that much burst with his size
I’m a Falcons fan but a Bama fan first. That truck stick to the Falcons player. 🤣 Everyone thought Richardson would be the best out of the Ingram, Lacy, Richardson duo. Lacy probably would’ve ended up the best for sure. Shame. At least he’s happy tho. Edited: embarrassed my Falcons twice 😂
It’s so weird seeing a guy that big run that fast
Great video. Thank you. Needed that
the king is back
Man I miss him. Aaron Jones is great but I just love the type of back Eddie was. Too bad he couldn’t hang in there. He was so fun to watch.
I liked Lacy alot when we had him as our running back. But Time goes on,& Aaron jones is our running back today. Hes one of the best in nfl
Lmaoo good one
Obviously, Eddie isn't the best Packers player I've ever seen, but I don't think I've enjoyed watching a player more than when Eddie was rolling.
Man, he was solid AF there for a couple of years
I miss Eddie
Just like Gerome Bettis, semi-trucks compared to regular RBs.
He was so good his first couple of years smh
Would have been the next great Packer RB. Haven't had a bruiser since Eddie. But maybe AJ Dillon? 🤔🤔🤔
By the end of his time in GB that man could have been on the Dline. Boy did I love him tho
Prime Eddie lacy was elite man, hate that fans were getting on him for his weight when they dont even understand what he went threw as a kid… guy will always be a packers legend in my mind
He sure was impressive when he was hungry for that end zone...too bad he turned to cheeseburgers instead. 🍔
could’ve been one of the best to ever do it if he just had a proper nutritionist. or maybe that wouldn’t have even helped idk but eddie has CRAZY potential
Still one of the best to do it
Eddie lacy is so inspiring
Could you imagine prime Eddy in the current offense? Oof good luck lol. I guess that’s what they hope from AJ Dillon
Bring him back 2021 on a 1 year prove it deal. That big boi has one of the meanest spin moves out there and I bet he still has some gas in the tank.
Give aj dillion a chance or else we bring lacy
The Seahawks did just that and it was a crap show.
I was at the game for #1. God that was a great run
He always plays good in the alternate (navy/yellow) uniform
He deserves it man went through alot
Not a top 10 but I'd love your input on David njoku requesting a trade and whether or not you thing the packers should trade for him
He's still only 33 yrs old, it seems like forever ago.
Rodgers, Lacy, Jordy, Cobb, Tae, Bak, Sitton, Lang, Bulaga… 😢
Where did go?! Last I heard, he got traded to the Seahawks!
His acceleration is pretty damn good... like for about 10 yards on all those runs he looks fast as shit, then he tops off.
Lacy could have been a great player but he needed another decent back to hold him accountable off the field and give him a break on the field
Feast mode
He was the Packers Marshawn Lynch 😈
Number 1 play: Destroys Big Mac in two seconds
That wasn't bad defense. That's Lacy.
Shame he couldn’t stay at a healthy weight, the dude was fun to watch. It was funny watching smaller defensive backs try to tackle him lol
Anything for the dub
Man. I was at that snowy Steelers game. Was sad Rodgers was out but I’ll be damned if it was an intense and explosive game.
Easily could’ve been the best running back of all time.
Top 10 Jordy Nelson WR Screens
Why was Reggie Bush tackling Eddie Lacy at 5:48 🤔
Eddie did the right thing getting rich, getting fat, and retiring early. They don't treat runningbacks well anyways.
Ryan Grant
It’s crazy how we saw Lacy gain a lot of weight 😂😂🤦🏾♂️
feast mode
if only he could have controled his weight woulda been one of the greats
Damn China food took him from us too soon... 😑
That spin move is straight fire
I really wonder what Lacy could've done in the league had he not had his unfortunate issues with weight and injuries.
Most of his great runs were due to excellent blocking. He gets caught from behind most of the time he breaks away!
Look at my cowboys playing great defense
Anyone notice how they were beating the hell out of everyone
I wondered why the Packers were down 3-26 in the first vid then say matt Flynn at qb and knew why.
packers still won
@@paceykollar9774 With Matt at qb that's surprising.
Man ate himself out of the league
Rule of Thumb: don’t ever draft a player that has a bigger body type for their position in higher rounds unless they have an obsessive work ethic and are in love with football. It never works out. Eddy Lacy, Kelvin Benjamin, JaMarcus Russell, Ron Dayne etc. If teams want to grab guys later that’s one thing, but anything in the first 1-3rds is too risky.
Fun fact: The Packers won that game against the Cowboys from the first clip.
eddie Lacy or Aaron Jones

WEHYD packers cut him even with all that weight he was crazy
What could have been if he could just keep his weight down i was a huge fan of his and still like to watch his highlights but he's always will be a story of what could have been
I miss this kid so much. Should have stayed away from the cheeseburgers.
Ate himself out of football.
better and faster than dillon.
One year wonder.
Imagine if Mike woulda committed to him and gave him the ball 25 times a game. I wouldn't want to hit him once.
Hell, I'd have been happy with 20...MM didn't like to run the ball. Will be interesting to see how Zeke, Dak, and the Cowboys in general fare with MM as their coach now...
Eddie lacy = James Harden 💀
