  • We took a 2021 Harley-Davidson Sportster S for a spin around Raleigh, NC to see what it's about! Loved this bike a LOT more than expected. It's fast, easy to whip around, and fully LOADED with some pretty advanced tech.
This bike has already sold but be sure to take inspiration for customizing your bike and check out the PreOwned Bikes we do have to offer in the link below!

Great review mate. I’m 42 and looking at getting a bike. I don’t hold a bike licence however, I’m looking at doing my test and lessons this summer. I’ve been driving for many years and on some occasions I’ve had the pleasure to ride a bike. I’m very self disciplined when it comes to the road and I’m no idiot when driving. Would you recommend this bike to a new rider, I would plan to keep it in rain mode for several weeks until I get the feel for it. Cheers

Hey, the Sportster S has a lot of power but it's all very manageable (especially in rain mode). If you wanted new, something like the Nightster might also be worth checking out. Once you pass the class, you should have a better feel as to what you're looking for in a motorcycle. Good luck on your class, and we hope to see you out here sometime soon!

The Sportster S is the first of the next generation of Sportsters. As you saw, it's so much fun to ride and the power is DEFINETLY there. You get the new RevMax motor, a pretty nifty display, and lots of new features! Come see a Sportster S in person!

    How’s it handle Twisties?

Ton of fun! Inverted front, dual purpose power train, and shorter wheel base keep it tearing up twisties. The seating position with the forwards make it a relaxed sport position so you're still very planted but not laying on the tank. Some might not love the FAT front tire but it adds to the 'muscle bike' look, gives more cushion and I'm a big fan of the extra traction. Plus the RevMax powertrain gives you plenty of power through the turns and even more power for the exit. Definitely worth taking a test ride!

Cool, was wondering about the fat front tire. I do see a lot of Horror stories about the defects coming up with codes n such.
