I could swear the initial video title I saw in my notifications said something very different to "Season 2 Trailer" and I was fully convinced you had decided to mess with us and just dropped the first ep without any trailer whatsoever. The first season was so good, I loved the presentation. And I'm so happy to finally be getting more of our favorite sleuths. I saw the Lake Champlain Monster and Carter in this trailer and I am HYPED!

@@professortourettes If you are asking me, the Bloody Benders was a family of serial killers from the late 1800s. They killed travelers staying in their inn. They left town before their crimes were discovered and were never found. There's a similar case of the Kelly family but they were caught.
And the Sky Meat, or whatever it was called!
next season a good lesser known case would Granger Taylor. Guy goes missing leaving behind a note saying he’s going to hang out with aliens and will be back in a year.

The arson one is a case that was featured on Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack (in fact many of these have been featured on Unsolved Mysteries, so I'm already familiar with them, but that's fine because I still wanna see Shane and Ryan's take on it!). Spoiler ahead - ****a family finds a video tape which has a recording of someone filming a burning building, all while rambling in a really creepy voice like some movie villain about watching it all burn. Was probably just a troubled teenager tbh.****

@@humorityxo Yeah, Unsolved Mysteries updated their story and some teens were caught. Which isn't surprising considering the fake supervillain ranting and evil laugh in the video.

Looks like there are a lot more episodes this season, very excited. I was sad to see the season finale of Survival Mode so to jump right back into S2 of Mystery Files is just perfect.

We’re definitely getting more of that. Probably after this Mystery Files season is over. I think they have a schedule each year to do certain things.

Letsgooo I was just rewatching the first season this week and honestly it's one of my favourite series on CZcams ever, so hyped for the new season!!
I used to teach a mini lesson on the Battle of Los Angeles and my middle schoolers loved it! I'm excited to see the episode.
