Alexander, thank you for another high quality unboxing video. As you noted in your header this game does not focus simply on dogfighting (although of course that is present) but rather commanding an entire squadron flying a wide variety of missions on the Western Front. We had a good number of pre-orders for the game but the response has been way above and beyond. Just 6 weeks post release we have sold nearly 1,000 copies so the games are almost literally "flying" off the shelves. There are a ton of people playing if the number of posts on BGG is any indication, which is great because as we all know every wargamer has a stack of game on the "to play" pile and they are putting this one on the top. In addition this post by one customer has been echoed several times:
"I can safely say the initial rulebook is very "tight" for this release. There is almost no question about the rules, and those questions that do exist are primarily nuances/minor clarifications vs any required rulebook errata. Actual errors with this release have been nearly non-existent".

I've read a few WW1 pilot memoirs, and would recommend Rickenbacker's "Fighting The Flying Circus" as a great intro that covers a lot in a fairly quick read. He's a good storyteller and doesn't forget to mention many of the little details and quirks the pilots had to learn in order to survive. It's also pretty cheap or free if you scour the 'net since it's public domain now.
I like Legion games as they tend to venture into areas that are not generally covered. This looks like an immensely playable and enjoyable game. Will just have to wait for availability this side of the pond. Thank you for the un boxing.
Ordered mine the other day after watching a short play thru. Love the campaign aspect and the deciding which pilots and planes to fly out on different missions. Should be a great one!
