I do love my Otto just wish it had a lock so when I'm at an amusement park I worry someone will drive away with it. And also how about changing the way you have to continue to press the power to go my hand cramps up please take this as updating the otto

I just bought the ATTO Sport model. Please take these feedback back to the development team for the next edition from an actual disabled person who really uses the scooter. 1) The throttle really needs to be available for BOTH hands. Not having to choose between the left or the right. Both of my thumbs have arthritis and it would be nice to switch off between my hands. I should have this option. I realize that you have a kit that can transfer to the left hand, BUT what I am talking about is that it should automatically be ambidextrous. There's a simple fix for this. You should follow the lead like the Luggie scooters where you just utilize the handle bar (either right or left as a throttle). When you release your hand, it brakes automatically. Squeeze with the left hand, you reverse. Squeeze with the right hand, you go forward. But you are able to toggle the handle bar back and forth and use both hands. 2) Please get rid of the horrible "whirling" noise. 3) That beeping sound when backing up is obnoxious. It' makes me feel like a freight truck. Please get rid of it or at least give your customers the option to silence it.
