@@thlee3that doesn’t necessarily matter. I used to be a cross country runner and a wrestler. I had a sub 20 min 5k and a sub 6 mile. At best I could hold my breath for 50 seconds.
@@CityLover117 it def doesn't matter, I smoke a pack a day and haven't run a sub 7min mile in 10 years 🤣, I'm still fit but def not in great shape, and I can still hold my breath for over a min regularly and over 90 seconds if I go under the water. Dunno why it's harder to hold ur breath out of the water, or at least it is for me lol

I have some insight on why he pulls up his shorts.
As someone who also wears track pants and other loose fitting pants but was a scrapper growing up it was needed to get a good posture in a fight, it has become muscle memory for him to pull up his pants to not restrict his movements.
