Surely the “Smesh or Pass” segment won’t be used out of context for the rest of Khamzat’s career 😂
Nina just has such a way of humanizing fighters. I kinda just saw khamzat as an emotionless John wick killer before this. Turns out he likes borgurs. Tight.

Loved how he answered that question about how would he rate himself as a fighter on a scale from 1-10. He's definitely a man on a mission to better himself as a fighter and he is not complacent. He is self-aware and humble enough to know that he too still has room for improvement.
Definitely a khamzat fan after this interview.
He can be cocky but his answer about 1-10 says a lot. His coach definitely keeps him in check

This interview was an hour too short. I love how Nina handles the fighters. The smash or pass bit was pretty hilarious. His definition of Smash was totally different.
Amazing energy its difficult to connect with people like khamzat and also due to language barrier but nina you did a fantastic job i was smiling throughout out❤
