my problem was bad wiring to a cam that was not letting the FC to power on
@@BuddhaFpv mine remains unsolved. I found 5V on the pads and that’s as far as I’ve been able to get due to work. Sigh

Saved a few betafpv whoop boards over the years with this trick. 👍
also try unsoldering everything until you have just the FC and your esc plugged in. sometimes the FC wont power up if you have a bad component like a cam or vtx

Just had this.. the FC had a few burned components (on one Spot) a new voltage Regulator gave it's live back, but i wasn't able to get the voltage from the board (if you understand what I mean) in needed to solder everything that needs 5 V to the Regulator lol, what a pain in the ass (3 cables on one solder pad)
I have an 2in1 esc/fc and I may have done something like this by overloading it with LEDs. Is this possible? Also is it true that I won't get lipo voltage in my OSD after I do this? I'm not so confident in guessing average flight time
Ive got a betafpv F4 2-3S 20A AIO FC V1 with this exact issue. Does this fix or video apply?
if you can use any 5v pad to power the fc with a bec could you use a 5v pin in a jst plug on the fc to power the fc as well?
I'm resurrecting an old quad that I never finished building 5 years ago. It has a same day quads Flip32 F4 V2 with an XSR. While connected to BF, battery on, fully configured. Everything appears fine, but motors tab shows ok, motors are dead. If connected only to battery, all looksgood at first, arms, solid blue, motors dead. After 5 min, it failsafes and loses reception but receiver is on, blinking red. 3 days...😅😢
Fixed. I had chosen the wrong esc protocol. They read multishot/oneshot42, but they only ran when I assigned them oneshot125. I gotta learn more 'bout esc's... Josh!

Hellow . I have aio nanohawk has power in usb and will not power at Bat beta flight still read the voltage in battery .
and i have a mamba f7 fc gyro and mcu getting no power even at usb connection only 3v.5v.and the others will light up..
do you need to unsolder the burnt 5v reg from the fc? Im worried about it smoking again
