- I'm not going to lie. This chicken coop wasn't that easy. After getting it all done it seemed easy. However, most of our time was spent trying to figure out the instructions and trying to see what all they meant. Other than that it went smooth. This is real life trial and error and sometimes you even have to do things with the children.

I have this same coop. It was a bugger to assemble. Instead of cinder blocks, I placed 4X4 treated under the frame and attached 1/2 inch hardware (predator control) and buried it. I also wrapped the run with the same hardware cloth for snake prevention. After 2 years no invasion and loss of eggs or hens. Most likely overkill (OCD) on my part. Two observation I saw was the extra panel you placed under nesting boxes is the floor of lower storage compartment and the nesting boxes are reversed.
Oh wow then maybe we will do that too!! Better safe!
