part one was installing the kit, part 2 is installing the wheel, part 3 will be finding a way to configure the wheel without needing the buttons
This was hostly my dream wheel and never thought that I could afford it, Im so happy I have it now but still trying to figure out the functionality of them. Let me know if you guys know what they mean by "slightly modify them"

Got the same steering wheel for 50 bucks plus my stock non sport non paddle wheel!! Off a 335is with 23,000 miles on it from a older guy who’s a customer of ours! 🙏🏼 dream wheel forsure 👌🏼

I bought an m tech steering wheel in the making of paddles
I connected the push and pull 3-wire paddles to pin 11 and ground
the paddles upshift, but when you choose to downshift, they don't downshift, on the contrary.
that is, the gears increase in push and pull. Can you provide information on how to solve this issue?

If you havent figured out the Steering wheel problem, what they mean by the you dont need part something, is you have to follow the guide to that is link in the that text, it has a pdf file. Which tells you how to change it from normal paddle shift to the + - paddle shift else they will just work like normal pre LCI. And your paddles may not work because you used your multifunctions from your old wheel to your new wheel, which was not setup to paddles. dont know if that makes sense?
