Considering I'm well below server paragon, I still obtain a decent amount of exceptional gear, sometimes triple stat also. I think the scaling is the same no matter what, as you're always having a chance to obtain an exceptional piece of gear better than what is currently equipped, no matter the paragon levels. Granted set pieces are primarily restricted by hell difficulty, but still equally obtainable for any paragon levels.
One thing I wanna add is exceptional set items doesn't help with gem sockets. Every triple stat set item I've gotten in hell 6 and hell 7 have been 2 sockets and it makes me mad haha
Have been above server paragon level (10+) pretty much since launch, I have 2.6k resonance so I’ve been able to get into h8 dungeons straight after hitting 480, especially since I already had good 2/2 for h7 and 5/6 legendary slots on 3/3
Being 10 levels above server paragon doesn’t help at all for set items for h7 or h8 and before h6.
In the month since 480, I farmed dungeons consistently for 3-4 hours a day for 3 weeks and drop rate has been the same : 1-2 drops per hour, up to 4 if lucky, all 2/1 items, h7 has been pretty much the same.
I’ve gotten 2 triples so far and both from sets I don’t even need so basically given up at this point.
Just been focusing on secondary stats, farming gems on alts to get them for cheap. Only dopamine I’m getting for now
i noticed it too that's why it is important to collect bp points until the whole bp expires after 30 days. it will let you be on the lowest lvl possible while grinding and after 30 days pop it, still be like 7-10 lvls ahead if you are active.
I don't doubt what you say about Magic Find here, but the tool top does say increased chance for items to be magical yellow or Lego.
But they don't have a good track record with wording and descriptions.
My server is paragon 523 and I just hit paragon 539 , I still have the same amount of legendary drops if I farm outside dungeons with a group. Dailies is giving me the same drops in term of % ratio if I compare to when I was paragon 100-400 , 3 weeks ago. Just today with the dailies and the open world farming I got 30 Legendaries and 10 set items. Btw I'm only at 20% magic find and 15 paragon level over the server level. (I subscribed and liked) 🤗 Edit: As for the Set items, I got a Flagellant belt with 11K CR and 3 stats at level 500, and all I get now is set items between 9.5KCR and 10KCR, so the set items doesnt really SCALE with your paragon level, it is just simply random lucks.
That makes what most of this guy said invalid then.

Getting green set items is still ridiculously frustrating. It's just taking to long to get something good. I'm thinking of stop playing DI cuz of this.

I'm pretty sure Activision is behind the harder grind to move players away from this and to Diablo 4 that releases soon.
Thank YWHW that Bungie broke away from Activision. They've been in the video game business since the 80s and between them and EA they've pretty much destroyed console gaming with loot crates and unfinished games you have to finish downloading and patching when they are released, and of course season passes for new content that's already on the game disk you've already paid for they just want another 20 to 40 bucks to unlock it. The days of whole finished games with no paid loot and content are over. The reign of micro transactions are here forever unless the government deems them as gambling as they already have with some games and ban it.
I haven't played this game since maybe the second month after it launched. My clan at the time took second place in the first shadow war and was one of the three clans that became immortals. I'm curious if I should give it a chance now, knowing that I would be free to play

I don’t see any increased drops for set items. I am 200+ below server level.
Sometimes got a 3 stats items isnt the best for some reason, because the stats have low numbers. For specific areas its better 2 stats items. For level up faster the ic is better the triple stats a major part of the time
I’ve been averaging 600 dungeons a week for h8 wisp farming. I’m at 416 wisp so far from the past 2.5 weeks.
I’ve noticed I get a triple stat like every 250 runs.
I’m paragon 537.
As a side note. It took me 38 crafts JUST to craft a triple red socket belt. Still no triple stat belt though :(

That's still pretty good statistics. I ran the number and it's about a 6 dungeon in 1000 dungeons chance of triple row green dropping. That's 1 in 167 boosted runs (about 15 hours of running dungeons)

Magic find is just an increase in drop rates and not a way to get higher level gear. It's always been that way since the first Diablo on the PC. A lot has changed since the first Diablo but the upgrade system has stayed the same.
Insofar as drops go I've already maxed out to 4 on my essences on all 3 of my characters because nothing I get is an improvement in Cr. I'm over 515 on all 3 and not one character can do H7 and I play daily doing all 3 characters bounties and etc. My only conclusion for this is horrible rng. And of course I've done my Challenge rifts up to 200 so far. I'd go further and go ahead and solo the 204 for for h7 but low Cr for that and Apthoros by around 200 points.
I just came back and I’m paragon 18 says I have 800% is that also for legendaries?
I have been hard stuck at around the 11.1k CR since I got into H7. The last 50 levels at reduced exp, I still haven't gotten a chest piece to replace my H6 piece, most all of my gear is from 20-30 levels ago. The only CR upgrades I've gotten have been from Tableau upgrades or upgrading in the blacksmith. Really hoping the gem update gives me that CR I need since I'm just about burned out. It's been almost a month since I got any kind of meaningful item upgrade and it's frustrating watching others get lucky 3 star drops that unlock more PVE content while I endless grind and get nothing

@DM: Diablo Immortal. So how do you explain me not getting a single green drop in over a month !!!!!!! I been doing 100 or more dungeons a day. I'd do same dungeon 10-25 runs then I'd switch to different one and EVERYONE else in my party is getting drops and gems. I get nothing at all! It's literally been a month or more. I'm usually above paragon lvl by 2-5 lvls and sometimes below so wth? My resonance is 1800 When it comes to legos I'm good. I get drops all the time.
Magic find increases the chance of getting something good. But not the quality. So when loot drops your rolls on gear will be higher meaning more legendaries and set items dropped which means more chance of triple statters
Just hit 540 paragon, 20% exp penalty, big CR jump at 540
What happens at paragon 540?
The higher your lvl, the more CR gear has.

@@beezy671 the CR jump comes from upgrading gear, 540 paragon unlocks lvl 26 gear and reduces the pric of upgrade, from 1200 dust down to 600, also unlocks another bonus stat for gear but that doesn’t effect CR
i have gotten a fair few triples from the codex daily. i havent seen a green bar of xp in forever
me too, almost never in normal dungeon drops but twice or so from the codex
It's simple. Each level of hell has a High & a Low designation for items & gear. Players farming h8 Paragon 520 will have a difficult time finding any triple stat, since they're below the low end threshold for H8, although players farming H7 520+ will be finding more triple stat being further past that hells Paragon threshold.
Upon entering any new hell difficulty, you will be replacing all triple stat with double stats at higher damage/life stat. That double stat being the low end for the new hell level entered.
Hope this is understandable, it's valuable knowledge.
So just play the game as usual then
Our Server Paragon Level is 460 by today that is so low. I have to stop for arround 5 days playing to get no penalty!! I'm Paragon 464 and have 60% penalty. If i'm doing my daylies snd immo stuff i will rank up to 466. Hopefully after Server Merge they will lift up that low Paragon Server Level. I mean you have to do your daylies and you WANT to farm etc to get better gear, but how if the P. Level is so low???
A penalty for active playing this game is absurd for me.

There are times when I do the bestiary and still do not pull legendary items.
you only get one 100% the first 10 essences per day, everything after that is random

This is very crucial because min maxing our characters is the only way to guarantee to increase our chances in winning fights in pvp.

Hey quick question for anyone who knows... *does it matter when the items are identified or not?* I remember that in D3, it didn't matter when you identified legs, the stats were already determined the moment they dropped. You just had to ID them to find out what they were. But someone told me that's not the case in Diablo Immortal.
I’ve saved up around 30 legendaries over few paragon levels and when indetified they ware all different paragon lvls
Some events will give you "Mysterious Legendary/Set Items" which will roll stats when you open them, so save them if possible!
If the item goes into your other inventory where the misc stuff goes, it won't get its stats until you open it. For example the gifts we got in mail today can be saved. If it is in regular bag where normal lego drops do, stats are already set.

I feel triple stats make you lose on the winnings of good drops man i had this 3 stats gear til i gave it up got something better. 3 stats gear is a piece of doggo shsit lol 😂

1 % geez talk about a gamble. Just amazing as the drop rate aren’t good enough running multiple dungeons. 25=1 green or 1 legendary not fun at all.
There is 1 more thing not metoried in any guide , and in any source of info. Sadly i firgure it only on 9season, playing from 1st season. If you wana more triples , never ever dont identify items 1 by 1. Identify when you have at last 5+ legendary/greens. Before i was identifying every pcs i got and had like 1triple /season. Now i identifying when i have 5-10 items and geting like 1-2 triples / week.

I say its pure rng, on H7 prefarm (straight when the new hell difficulties came out) i got 0 triple greens. Now on H8 prefarm i got 13 triple set items in 4 weeks. Even every slot with 3/3/3. pure rng (12 Level above server everyday since then and at 3,6k resonance)
Loot system is garbage in Diablo immortal. Full stop.

hey man, im sorry the title is clickbait, it is and ill admit to that. however the substance of the video does match the nature of the title. its also a math video with a chart breakdown so i hope the content behind it appeals , even if it falls prey to the youtube cliche. The truth is without these type of titles, and caps, the big face, the green arrows, the "bullshit", channels dont grow. the difference is if you only do this and dont provide substances behind the titles etc, then you wont grow anyway. so its a tightrope you have to walk of being good enough at delivery qualtiy, that the annoying youtube cliches will be forgivable. love ya bud tried to answer with some truth for ya
