Corrections:
Blue does gives more scrap then common, so keep them, but only yellow gives dust. I prefer not picking up greys to make it less trips to blacksmith, but its probably worth it if you're using the WB teleport as thats instant.
also, there seems to be datamined a potential third dust, so most likely at higher hells we will do this process again.
Fishing is great, and can stack alot of resources. plenty of things on reddit showing this now.
Fastest dust is gathering lost pages in the library of zultan kulle on h8 (you can memorize the page spawns pretty quickly). After that it is hidden lair farming, then zone farming in realm damnation circle, then after that it's whatever afk zone farm you prefer.
DM, salvage in Cyrangar via WB, it's much faster so pick everything up.
Something I don’t see people recommending enough pick up everything. EVERYTHING, you will end up with a lot of scrap and you will trade it for red dust.
Fishing is better than you think in getting dusts, especially when you know the secret to fishing.
You get 3 tries to catch a legendary or mythic fish in the yellow percentage. So, as soon as the % goes to yellow, and at the first catch prompt you get, try to catch the fish. If it isn't the rarity you want then just stop tapping and let the bar run out. You won't lose your fishing time and will still be fishing in the yellow and have 2 more chances to try to get a legendary or mythic fish

D:($) is a marathon, not a sprint.
The best place to farm is the Ancient Graveyard in the Frozen Tundra - the ancient essances really add up.
If you need dust - do sidequests at every opportunity.
I think any gear you farm that you don’t pick up should automatically be converted to scraps and dust when you leave the area.
For me best metods for dust is:
1. Hidden lair compared to spent time in them best yelow item drop rate, i got from 8-18 per one hidden lair
2. Colecting pages for tome in library, roaming and killing all, also only stop for pages and goblins, its for small quest 8 dusts in4 chests, and in one big its 6-10
3.frozen tundra need 100% to be caped and its take time, and i sugg to go on tundra only when ancient is summoned you can get during defendse ancient relics today i had 4 and i end defense with 14 so 10 to collect, but it is good to be in party. So other spots and stuf compared for spented time is waste. If you want to do hidden lairs best option is to get party spreded to diferent hell dificulties and just tp from one to anoter zone and wfo first see just pm and enter, its best way so far. I only do dalys and hidden 3rd day 9 dungeons and hidden, and dust is droping. Hope they dont change it...
Fishing is now possible too; lots of possible dust rewards from it... If you have the added time & extra patience :)

I have found that after maybe the 5th or 6th blue marker side missions, the chests stop giving out the Beguiling dust. I noly end up with either 2 blue items, 1 blue+1 white, of nothing at all!!
Whenever they come out with a new dust I expect you'll be able to trade them for 2x enchanted dust as a catch up mechanic.

At 549 paragon from 19 to 20 I need 8k 800bd and 60 shards. Why so much?

Why recommend to go to the 4th floor to get wiped out? That just boosts the immortals reign. With the new system where they can see our power and opt out of a defense it just made it very pointless to ever venture to the 4th floor. Unless you have a stacked whale party.
Just exit at 3rd and don't give the opposing faction more dominance.
I know we keep everything from previous floors but odds are you will be wiped out. That just helps the immortals as I explained.

You don't lose anything if you go to the 4th floor just dont open a chest in the last floor...
You get 10 more hilts per vault raid if you go to 4th floor, just don’t open chest until after fight and you don’t lose anything
@dariel I wrote that, but thanks. You completely missed my point. Helping the immortal reign is literally losing as a shadow. Not even DM seem to grasp this based on the hearted comment.

1 question. When upgrading gear, should we work on all gear one at a time or one piece 5 or so lvls at a time?
I like to upgrade one slot at a time till I reach a milestone, for leggos, that being an extra magical attribute unlock. For set slots, i usually go one upgrade per slot, making it even. Yesterday I got to 23 on leggos and 13 on sets… I know some people are way past that, still I am happy, lol
The drop rate is simply not there in all these options. I'll try fishing but I doubt its any better.

Actually only gold equips give dusts…and grey and blue give spare parts
Method n°1: to be immortal.., ‘chatarra’ and rewards for everything,..
Method n°2: fishing,.. 1 or 2 dusts per rare or legendary fish,..
Blue magic items don't give dust, only more scrap, it's ,1 scrap for grey and 3 scrap for blue
Treasure Hunter!!! I rarely play with any other Paragon tree. I enjoy farming for no more reason than getting stuff...Lol
