Some extra tips/information (will edit this as I get more info. Thanks everyone for helping with tests!):
• Item is ONE claim per week
• If you are capped 2400/2400 on weekly BP, a claim button will still appear and you can still get your item
• Your item will not get mailed if you forget to claim it! Don't forget to press Claim in the Codex "Terror Essence" task after 10/10 essence are consumed. Your item should directly appear in the inventory after that
• As with other items, the CR and attributes will scale with your paragon level. It may be worth running your 10th pillar/hellslayer towards the end of the week once you have reached a higher paragon level!
• There seems to be an 'Enrage' mode for Oblivion pillars which the Chinese patch notes mention. This mode activates only after 70+ essence are used in a single week! It is much more challenging than the regular oblivion pillar. It may have better drops and more chance for eternal items but I cannot test to confirm this. This seems to be what the Terror essence description in-game is referring to. I will update this as I get more information
Do you have a discord server perhaps? Like with an announcement channel where you publish your posts/videos so anyone following it has them appear on their own servers automatically?
I got my item in my bag but it’s still showing 10/10 terror essence used. If I use another one will it go down to 1/10

Since last Monday, you can get a set of equipment by completing the dungeon three times a day. So far, the dungeon can't be completed. It's not the same dungeon copy after playing many times. What's the matter?

if I did not get 10 terror essence in a week, will the counter continue next week? or it resets every week?
Great question! I haven't had time to test this yet as this feature was just added to the game. If I had to guess it would probably reset which would be a shame. Let us know your experience if you're in this position!
On the bright side, they have made it easier to get 10 in a single week with the new pity drop system. Granted sometimes we don't have enough time to cap our terror rifts every single week!

You need to spend 10 Terror essence over the course of the week (doesn't have to be in a single day). Once you have used up the 10th one you can press"claim" on the Terror essence (not Terror rift!!) task in the codex and you will get a 3/3 or 3/4 item in your inventory
I'm not sure this is correct. My terror rift from the codex activities doesn't have 0/10 or any numbers. When i did claim it was just 2 attribute by 1 magic property.
The task name in the codex is "Terror essence" not "Terror rift" and it's hidden right at the bottom. Super confusing I know 😅

I'm new to this system. Should you do Oblivion Pillars or Terror Bounties? Does it matter?
Oblivion Pillars give slightly more chance for better drops but they are a little more challenging to complete. I would say to try both at least once and see which one your character can handle. If you have an easy time in Oblivion Pillars then stick with them. When it comes to claiming the 'free' item from the codex task it doesn't matter which one you choose, both work just fine for that

Bro i dont get any reward from my daily and still cant acces my battle pass. I did repair client. 😢 currently downloading all maps again lol. Everytime i click my pass it says ive not unlocked this feature.
That's mostly a server side bug, not client, since it seems too widespread across servers and regions. And I find it really weird, it's been 2 days with the bug, since at least Sunday, and not even a minor message from them about at least noticing it. It's a game breaking issue, because it's tied directly to the Battle pass, hits ALL players, but also with the faction menus and the like (some clans vanishing from the faction list, but still, for example shadow, just vanished).
@@Cerberos1188 agree its game breaking but they dont even notice or try to fix it asap. We all are missing out on rewards. Rewards we pay for. My boon of plenty doesnt work fine either

Regarding this 70+ essences thing. Since last major patch when we get this pillar update (6 weeks ago?) i was doing over 100+ per week. after ~50+ essences you get popup you reach some level and now monsters are on higher difficult level. their size is like 3 times bigger and they are much harder to kill. dont even go there without undying rage ;) so i assume it is 70+ now. I also reached this 70+ last week But to be honest drop rate is similar and quality of the items are still the same.
edit// this guarantee 3x3 3x4 its daily not weekly. i just completed another 10 and get another free when i claimed in codex :) but yeah it stay 10/10 in codex so people might be confused. i will do another 10 to see if its actually weekly or its unlimited.
Thanks for the info! Let us know... I have limited Terror ess so really appreciate your testing. Please remember to clear your inventory completely before the 10th run for accurate results!
Be mindful that we've gotten the weekly reset yesterday. So that might be your case. Or it's a bug in the codex too, gotta test in 2 days but not Sunday/Monday (weekly reset).
As for the Pillar runs, one can go that path, but to me it's a path to Burnout, space it as it is, and you get more enjoyment off of the game, and more free time for other stuff too.

@Mao_DI OK I've just done another 10 and claim button didn't appear. More test tomorrow. I just hope It is not related to codex points because meanwhile I maxed it out
@@Mao_DI small update, i did another 10 today and unfortunatly claim button didnt appear. So i probably didnt claim this free leg on monday. So its weekly reward :(

What if you can your codex to 2400? Then you can't complete the task right?
I think you get the 3/3 or 3/4 item directly in your inventory as soon as you spend the 10th terror essence and it gets "consumed" to open an oblivion pillar or hellslayer bounty. Haven't tested this myself yet to confirm but it should work that way
@@Mao_DIjust tested myself, ’claim’ button still appears even after your weekly battle point is maxed out, so you can still claim it from codex!

Yeah, extra rewards from codex you can pick up, like the item and other stuff, just not extra BP.

Short answer. A lot of farming 😅 I have been playing since day 1 of the game's release and usually log in at least 1h per day

I have 70 essensce 😅 and still dont belive on drop in pillars 😊 ill try leater 😅 but my lucky dosent work to much on few days 😅

First 3 is for main-stat attributes. For example on the item I found in this video it has Fortitude, Vitality and Willpower. So 3 attributes in total
The other 3 or 4 means magic attributes. So on this item I found it had 3 total magic attributes thus making it a 3/3 or triple/triple item

A F2P day 1 player or an 8k res + day 1 player? Pretty big difference between the two.
@@SM-ii8pg can be other things too, maybe not only ressonance. I've been playing since day one, but, as many people, didn't get that high on ressonance, 8k at least. Ressonance you can/might get in a 'blink', depending of how much you'd want to spend, and being actually lucky too, on ER drops.
While, for example, getting mastery to 4/4, getting most/all essences on all/most classes you want, ranking up set and legendary items, etc. Leveling, IMO, specially now, is the fast thing right now, but the above, not so.
I recently started playing with alts too (and no, not just for plat farming, and specially with recent plat farming nerfs, I still play them to keep up with the classes I like the most too) and at least in pve, I pretty much can keep up with everything, until last boss of the Helliquary (some said they'd reduce Peishtal CR but it seems they either forgot, or it's a bug, one more among a lot we've got recently).

You can still farm but you won't get the guaranteed reward from the codex more than once per week as far as I know

Go for hellslayer bounty in a group! They are easier and more fun to do and you will still give you the weekly item once you are 10/10. Actually even if you fail the oblivion pillar or bounty your progression will still count in the codex task so I wouldn't worry too much about it
