@@briendoyle4680 you missed the other accounts, both within the Bible and the extra-biblical texts (many from non-Christians) from the time too.
No copies of ancient texts we have were written closer to the events they record and we have nearly 20 x more copies then we do of any other ancient document too.

I pray the whole teaching of Luke will be added. There are few servants of GOD like Dr. Sproul that I just love to listen to and learn from. He was certainly a gift to the church from The LORD.
R.C. is such a gift to me, he makes the bible come alive like no other man. RIP R.C. I know he is up there with our Lord.

Amen. Every book in the Bible is incredibly accurate as it has been divinely inspired by The Holy Ghost.
Wonderful. Great to see Luke being covered now. Now I'm going to have to buy the commentary in book form so I can underline things and make notes.
After finishing Mark I thought that would be the end of this so it's quite exciting to find Luke being uploaded now.

Dr. Sproul has never disappointed me in his passion for write down all he read studied taught and gave sermon on. I could never have made it the last 19 months of the Cyber War on America and the world. He is before the Glory of God and I could never ask him to return even if I could. I loved Dr. Sproul in true Christian love. He still ministers to me.

‘Theophilus name in the Bible’ 😂
In all the sending of letters to people / church why is there no name of one person or two mentioned
Paul used his name in all of his letters (that's nearly half if the New Testament) and mentioned many names within them.
I always profit from reading the Books again.
Philemon and Onesimus are one example of Paul's personal mentions in his Letters.

Who really knows who wrote this account of that story / parable
We know as the Holy Spirit has told us so ie LUKE. Just as he’s told us all the rest of the biblical righters.
That should be "writers" .
