False doctrine in catholic church? I'm sorry but who gave you the holy spirit to discern whats false and right? No one. It's ignorance in not researching early church and finding the truths one holy catholic apostolic church !. Mother mary loves us her children. Jesus gave his mother to us. We are to love and respect her. That's not worship. Revelations says all about intercessory prayer and the saints hear us and are aware lifting our prayers to god. God doesn't have to have them but that's how he chose to do things and no one gets to decide otherwise prodestant came along cuz of protesting the truth for 1500 yrs at the time.

My precious immigrant Papà prayed for 7 years - behind a horse, under the scorching summer sun and brutal winters- working the land to feed his family of 9 children. To be “on his knees” in prayer was, for my Papà, his relentless heartfelt supplications to his Maker for help. When, in time, he was blessed with abundance, and my children and I praised him for his business acumen, he had but one reason and belief for his wealth: “God had compassion on him.”

Every Bible I read says Job cursed God. it wasn't until the end of the book that he began to understand he wasn't following God.

Sola scriptura is a very serious handicap in getting this matter clear. Discounting the apostolic tradition whilst appealing to reformed theology is a strange way to go about it. If you're going to discount the early church tradition, then, logically, you shouldn't enter the reformers into the mix either - this is simply another tradition, just a much more recent one.

Can I get a divorce if my spouse commits adultery? Never! Can I get a divorce if my spouse is abusive to me? No! Can I get a divorce if I no longer love my spouse? Absolutely not! Can I get a divorce if my spouse has abundant me? No, you can't! So, under what circumstances can I get a divorce? Absolutely none. The Bible is absolutely clear; only death can't dissolve a marriage In God site! Our only option is to separate from our spouse and stay single. If things get better between our spouse and us soon, we can get back together! (1 Corinthians 7:10-11, Bible. But what about the exception in Matthew 5:31-32 and Matthew 19:1-9? There is no exception in Matthew’s gospel: Once you are married, you are married for life. The exception in Matthew has nothing to do with people who are already married.

Faith is perfected by works, not nonexistent due to the lack of works... The thief on the cross, deathbed confessions of Faith, People on aircraft spiraling down to their imminent death, etc. have no time or opportunity to prove their faith by "good works". Why Calvinists have taken Christ's free gift of Salvation on the cross, and turned it into a sash, upon which "merit badges" are affixed and evaluated at life's end for entrance into Heaven, I'll never understand... Works are desired to Glorify God and for one's reward on earth and in Heaven... And believers are held accountable and disciplined for the lack of them, but not condemned to hell. Eternal Life begins at the point of Faith... Not at the end of life "fruit inspection". If anything, Calvinists belief of post-salvation works to sustain salvation, shows a lack of Faith, and disbelief in Eph. 2:8-9. BTW, James Chap. 2 is addressing "brethern", meaning they were already saved upon coming to Faith... He was exhorting them to Good Works to further the Cause of Christ... Not warning them that they would lose their Salvation...

Very good. We may like to think that bad things that happen to us are from some "other" source than God. But the only other power is Satan and Satan is NOT a god. These bad things are as much a blessing as good things. I believe the bad is for my own good. That God is weeding something out or teaching me something my stubborn heart can't learn any other way.
