Love this. Presumably that's Jack Yellen of Ain't She Sweet fame in the writing credits? Although, he was the lyricist, so the vague similarity in the tune must be coincidental. Am I right in saying Vernon Dalhart became most famous as an early exponent of country music?
Ive been told the diskery is going to loose the upstairs space soon. When they reopen it might be worth getting up there before they get rid of the 78s!
