The fact that they didn’t end after Kyle’s death but that their screamer took on the challenge of becoming a better singer is just so cool to think about. So happy that they released a banger and I’ll support these dudes forever.
Dude could actually always sing properly, but for him to take Kyle's place instead of getting a new member for the cleans is a great move and highly respectable

There are so many things that are so distinctly We Came as Romans about this song that I love and appreciate so much, but I miss Kyle so much dude. He would've done this chorus SO well. Love the song as is, but I definitely wish Kyle coulda been here to be in it.
I agree so much with this… his voice not being present gives off an empty void where he wouldve been in the song. Which is so sad, but now that it is how it is I am glad that they’re still carrying on
I can audibly hear where Kyle's vocals would be during the chorus and it would just fit so damn well. It's honestly so heartbreaking, but Dave does such a great job at filling that void
This Architects sound is VERY welcomed, the scream/sing thing these singers do is so good. This new direction is great

Dave Stephens is one of the best metalcore vocalists out there right now. It’s amazing to see him do the clean vocals in Kyle’s absence, while also improving his screams as well.

@@Galaxize Yeah i didnt either until I went to add Curse on Spotify and boom there was this whole other song. But yes it was very reminiscent of their previous two singles, catch us with that softer first release and then absolutely obliterate us with the second.

Around 2 years ago their lead frontman/clean vocalist passed away, so their older sound is a little different but equally as good. I'd just start at the beginning and check everything out.
