That bargirl, the police and the media killed the innocent actor. It was not suicide these people are the real culprit here. The police did the same to GDragon only GDragon was a lot more stronger than Mr. Lee. Sad to say that Mr. Lee became the victim of injustice here. If only help wa extended to him he could be still alive now. I 'm just wondering why the police head was promoted. It was do timely. Do they practice the quota system in the police force just like in my country before as regard to the drug problem here? Just asking???? Poor Mr. Lee truly a victim of injustice so with his wife and children and his parents too! South Korean wake up now!

The police handling the case prior to the actors death should be penalized for violation of actors privacy that led to loss of income. There were already many SK entertainers their careers were destroyed by scandals some survived while others took their own lives. The media same as the netizens should be blamed for these, they crucify, bashed with no mercy. Like what they did to Park Yoo Chun, he committed a crime, admitted to it and made amends and was sentenced 2 years suspension. Now, he's in Thailand where he is accepted by Thais while his own country SK and the citizens still despises him. In my country an actor was sentenced 5 years in jail was paroled. Upon his released he was given a drama role in a TV station in my country so he can earn money to begin a new life.
Remember these celebrities are human and will commit mistakes and must be given second chance in life. BTW the actor's name who is a senator now, is Senator Robin Padilla.

He did admit he dud take some supposedly without knowing. Do you think the police wanted him to name where he got the drugs from, who else in the star community was using drugs, etc. Why would they leak that audio? I thought it was the woman who leaked that phone call, but someone said it was the police. Why was all this pressure focused on Lee and nothing on the blackmailers while he was alive?

Also the downstairs (can’t call her a lady) madam is using 1/3 of the money she blackmailed LSK 300,000 won to pay her lawyer in this case! Every penny of that money belongs to his wife and boys! The nerve of her to use one cent of his money she said 1 million won for her lawyer her mom has 1 million won and she doesn’t know what she spent the other 1 million won on! Make her and the trash upstairs pay back every penny. The trash upstairs got 50 of the blood money! Get it back for his boys! They took the boys dad from them and the love of his life (his wife) has lost the only man she loved! Plus find what hana hwang involvement was in the blackmail and drugs! How dare the lawyer accept money they blackmailed LSK for! Us from the states need to know how we can help with the fight! This was also done to PYC !!! He tried twice to take his life! He didn’t know how drugs got in his system! We know how !!!!! HH put them there then used him to cover her sins!!She destroyed his career!! The police made him confess to something he did not do!!KOREA this has to stop!! He has had to leave his own country! Both these men are legends in their country. Well, you're right in paradise world.
You don't know who his wife is. Life is not that simple and sometimes you don't get the chance to settle problems with someone who has mental issues (not saying she has, just saying that sometimes you realise who someone really is AFTER you married them).
A divorce is not an easy decision for anyone, particularly when you are a celebrity with children.
Leaving your children with someone you cannot trust is a nightmare, thinking your ex could choose or marry someone who will take care of your children, judge you, push your children against you is not easy as well.
When a man have children, and is a celebrity, going in front of a judge, to explain that your wife is borderline is very complicated, she is still the mother of your children.
And most of men, particularly when they get very busy with their carrier don't get the chance to keep the children.
I'm not saying that he made the right decision to go there. Just saying that he might got depressed and needed a break from home. Obviously, he was not that happy there.
If you are/had only been surrounded by 'normal' and 'easy to deal' with people, feel lucky because those kinds of people are rare (if they really exist!?) and you live maybe in paradise.
I've been working with people who believe me looked like they were good people, but REALLY were psychos.
You really need to be strong to resist and not end up crazy.
Your advice is only good in a perfect world.
You don't know what pushed him to make that kind of decision. You don't know the details.
He was, anyway, probably a good man who chose a job to give dreams and joy to everyone and that was generous of him. He didn't deserve to die that early,
It's easy to play the morality card here.
Do not judge people that easily and that quickly.
Life is not a paradise for everyone.
Tears and surprises can come anytime to anyone.
      😢❤️‍🩹

A man was driven to end his life and all any of them (including the mother and sister) could do was play the blame game. Why are only one of these women in prison? God bless Bong Joon Ho and others. I'm so glad that finally, someone is calling for inquiries into Lee Sun-kyun's death. There's enough culpability to go around, the blackmailers, police, media, and even the industry that blackballed Lee Sun-kyun. May everything hidden be brought into the light, and this very sad situation stop others from going down the same path. Also, reading the other comments left here someone wrote Lee Sun-kyuns wife was left with the debts?? I don't know how it works in Korea, but in Europe, a person's debts die with them. I hope and pray this is the case for Jeon Hye-Jin as this poor woman has enough to contend with already.

@@rosamota916 Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Unfortunately the majority of “regular” people (yes women too, who do most men cheat with?) are only as faithful as their options. How much more of a temptation is it for “famous” people? With fame/money, there are a *lot* more options.
The thing with celebrities; beautiful, wealthy men/women, in their prime. Made a fuss of by thousands of fans. Nightclubs treat them like kings. Great houses, cars, designer stuff, life of luxury. A life some can only dream of. No wonder plenty of poor choices are available to them. It’s insane.
It would take a very, very strong personality to resist the temptations that come with fame/money.
As for the husband/wife, no one knows what goes on in a marriage except the two involved. Even then there’s his side, her side, and the truth. The life choices Lee Sun-kyun made should have remained between his wife and himself. And absolutely should not have been used to drive the man to his death.
Only he knows what circumstances led to those choices, temptations, and midlife crises. Who knows. But *no one* can judge him for them knowing the final outcome. It’s not your business, it’s not my business. It’s no one's business. And out of respect for his wife and children, I won’t speculate further.

Yes, it does seem like Lee Sun Kyun was a target from the start. Rich celebrity & they waited for him to be vulnerable & rip him off. His adultery is a private matter between him & his wife, NOT between him & social media. Celebrities are human like we all are and make mistakes. What happened to
Ji Soo & Kim Seon Ho also tragic. Women telling lies on them led them to be cancelled. The truth has come out, now everyone knows they were lied on but their careers are in shambles. This makes #3.

Going to the room salon and hooking up with the “Madam” cost Lee Sun Khyun everything, even his life. Was it a mid life crisis? I don’t think you suddenly start going to room salons at 48. He’d probably been doing this for many years and as his fame grew, and his family grew, so did his risk of being found out. This time it was these grifting jailbirds who got their hooks into him. And it cost him much more than just money. It’s a lesson to all the other men living double lives out there.

The rash amount of Suicides needs to be looked into. Anytime, anyone. Every aspect of their life needs to be dove into. Online harassment, relationship abuse...whatever it is, people do not jut wake up one morning and decide to check out for no reason. SOMETHING had to build you to that point of helplessness. The guilt and shame left behind for loved ones is endless. It's a indescribable pain that will never be calmed by answers. If we look into these things right away, there may be a better chance of finding a cause. And look, I have lost 2 friends and 1 family member this way, and I do understand that sometimes, something is you is just broken; and your journey may or may not have been able to have been helped, but with no history of mental illness or even a recent bout of physical or mental illness, people just don't do this. My heart can't believe that.
If there is undisputed evidence that some played a part in a death, in any way, shape or form, then they should be held responsible. I am not knowledgeable in Korean law so I do not know if the terms 'Manslaughter', 'Negligent Homicide', Criminal Facilitation' are used, or what terms used, but there has to be some type of ACCOUNTABILITY if you are found to be found guilty of playing a part in someone taking their own life. Yes they took their own life, but how hard did someone push them that way? There are cases all over the world of that being the case!!!!!!
This man is gone forever, lost to everyone that loved and needed him. Someone needs find a reason.
The world needs to do better when this happens.

For all we hear about S. Korea having strick laws it seems that some how the criminals get away with it.
    The governnent is very lacking.
No one is keeping track of the country's infastructure example, Halloween when so many died trapped in the street.
Also, the country was holding a free concert in a bid to get the 2030 Expo Fair. The government would have caused a huge amount of deaths.
Doesn't the government require for permits to be obtained and if so is there any inspections conducted before issuing the permits.
Another national shamefull tragedy is the large number of suicides. Doesn't S. Korea have any public service campaigns bringing to the public the tragedy of suicides and public suicide phone numbers?

    • @erinlee5936
      @erinlee5936 Před 6 měsíci +3

Regardless of the public programs the government has, it's not really effective due to social/cultural stigma and the prevailing attitudes towards stress management, trauma, addiction, and drug use as a tool to manage said mental health related issues. There's a very surface level attitude towards addressing the issue directly. People would rather stay silent about their problem rather than seek professional help for fear of criticism/ostracism from family and friends. Even if there are public campaigns, majority of the population will largely ignore it unless they themselves will gather the strength to implement societal or institutional (maybe grassroots?) changes to directly address the high rates of self-harm (su1c1de) leading to the loss of a loved one among South Korean citizens.

It is difficult to change a societal mindset that's why it's necessary to constantly have these public notices running on the TV, radio, internet, and billboards. But not so disappointing that one cancels them outright. It's just a reality that they are subject to making decisions that work against themselves. I'm angry people like the lady upstairs takes advantage of someone's celebrity status to sway and con them. I'm sad law enforcement is influenced by media and social media. While enforcing the law, they lose their objectivity when they seek to make well know figures examples by humiliating them. Investigating should be limited to finding credible evidence and prosecuting the real crime, not punishing someone for being famous.

Listening to all this, I wonder: How did Lee Sun Kyun let himself be fooled by these stupid, calculating and cunning women? Unfortunately, this exposes his naivety and some kind of weakness towards women. I think that the net they cast over him, and then became entangled in it, became a cause of additional humiliation for LSK. Perhaps during the last interrogation the police added the problem of blackmail to the slowly unraveling drugs issue, and it was too much for the actor to bear...
It's a terrible pity that he didn't have a strong person with him to help him sort it out and get through it. Mentally injured, he was unable to look from a distance and saw no way out of the situation. He was certainly afraid of embarrassment to his family and... he decided to 'escape' in such an irreversible way.
Back to these terrible women ---> I hope that the policemen who put so much pressure on Lee Sun Kyun to pursue their own careers will now show themselves and find a solution to this Gordian knot, punish the guilty, apologize to the LSK family and the entire society for their earlier bungling. And everyone will learn from this for the future, especially the media, so that they do not 'kill' people with speculations and pressure!
It won't bring us back a great Artist, but maybe we will avoid further tragedies.
Finally, I will add that I am a woman myself and I am disgusted by what these two did to Lee Sun Kyun.
BTW, in the comment to your previous video, I asked if you knew where LSK died, because maybe you could light a candle on my behalf... (I located this place; in case you didn't know).

I’m not sure if this will help. Yes the case was handled badly, but this will expose the actor and his family even more. The police will now have to explain why they acted in the way they did and part of me feels the police were trying to conceal the potential ‘affair’ whilst going for the blackmailers. I don’t think they could do both. I also hope they got permission from the wife as she is the one that has to deal with this if anything else is exposed. Just the fact that they are having a press conference already makes me feel uncomfortable.

I think they both planned it but in the middle of the plan Kim Nami stole the money alone didn't share with that woman upstairs and then she called her mom. And Kim Nami didn't tell her mom and hid her money. That's why she was mad when the upstairs girl called her mom. That's my interpretation🤨 There is no way Kim Nami didn't involve in the plan of blackmailing him. Both of them should get heavy punishment!
